Ok let’s start with the rant…

The promo which came out first hinted at two lovers who couldn’t unite…and the fate had it both of them gets married to another person…and its aftermath….
The cast selection is great you can see that when people trend them on twitter..
Inspite of having a good story line…and a great chemistry between the leads…this one has gone down the charts..
The story begins by introducing our chirppy go happy heroine Sai Joshi .. who is also a dotting daughter …who just wants her only parent to be safe and take him along to nagpur where she is taking up her higher studies…the most sane character in this series …
Then they introduce the hero telling us he has been appointed as ACP ..
He tells one dialogue…that goes something like Virat chavan pakki zuban…like what ?!?!
When you give characters, lines like this in the beginning we tend to associate with the character and take it down as their trait ….but oh..my god this character amuses me …before you get all offended…let me reason it out to you guys…
First he meets a girl and falls in love in the yoga camp…that is literally for two days…(ok here also I give up might be infatuation ….love at first sight )…they decide to call each other back and express their love…yea…that’s good ….but as the writer has it…she gets a proposal from virat’s family for his brother…
His love interest, paaki tries a lot to make him understand that they they love each other…but the male lead says to her things like…main apne bhai ke liye jaan de sakta hoon...implying tum toh sirf pyaar ho mera… He still insist her to marry his brother when she clearly states that she won’t be able to forget him come what may….and he says Main Mera Bhai ko dhoka nahi de sakta…and by Getting married the love of your life…to him ..konsa nyay kar raha tha pata nahi… like…koi sense ayi iss baath ki???
Bechara… Samrat..He gets married to a girl who doesn’t even love him..and has a love interest in his own brother…
I know this much of a situation can happen..in real life….but if this happens ….I really hope there are no Virat in any samrat’s life and the girl is definitely not patralekha…….and the funniest part is Virat calls him jeeva…🤭🤭🤭beta tumne jo uske jeevan ke sath kiya haina??Man….
Virat goes to a small town to take over duties from Sai’s father and in their last mission Sai’s father dies…by getting a promise that he will take care of Sai…(I have this question to all serials and films ..how do they survive till they say their last wish,?!?? , Ok, back to my rant…) Note the point he only…promise(vaada😆) me..kayaal rakenge aap meri beti ka!!!
Sai’s father dies..and the relatives say best things to Virat like…apne toh..sai ki abha ko promise Kiya na…toh..vo sirf sai ki padai ki baath nahi thi…he wanted you take full responsibility…so… ..aap shaadi karlije.…like what the hell maushiji???and she reasons it out like…a local goon is also interested in her..we cannot protect her always…so…what is the best solution?…Make her independent..teach her self defence…give her the strength to face the world….nah!nah!!…shaadi karvalo bas …auntyji..for freaking sake ..he is an ACP he can arrest whoever is troubling her and put her under programs and facilitate her studies…
Apparently yeh baath sirf Usha maushi nahi…Virat bhi khud bhul gaya…and agrees to marry her…
And did I forget to mention…he literally attends her school function for topping her boards in earlier episodes …so legally vo toh abhi bhi underage hai shaadi keliye….yeh reason bhi bata sakta tha Virat…..but no….he is pakki to his zubaan and marries her…and also tells her not to expect anything… Dude…you better not expect.. anything…she is a teenager…and takes her home…
Saath dene ke liye…sai ke abhaa ne bola tha…saath saath nibhana keliye nahi…
Virat Chauhan character is so sloppily written…na kya batau…yeh Banda ACP ….patha nahi kisne banaya…as the story progresses…He develops feelings for Sai…and what happened to his pakki zubaan that he gave to paaki ….teek teek hai Maan Lethe hain we are human beings and our emotions change from time to time…now has feelings for her …and is possesive for her…and gets jealous when she talks about her college best friend?!?and also goes to the extent of doubting her and badmouthing her on her character?!?like what the hell bro?!!Why can’t they in a serial..show a lead accepting his/her opposite gender friendship???always… jealousy…doubts…when will they get out of the thought process of the dialogue…ladka aur ladki dost nahi hosakte!!! And as sai ends up with an accident ..he again promises not to hurt her….
As we all now…Virat with his pakki zubaan..goes to the extent of locking up his wife…because vo..ghar ka izzat nahi karti, traditions follow nahi karti.. ..bro ..if I was in that house…I would have got mentally ill and ended up in hospital…vo atleast Ghar mein toh rahti hai…and we witness the greatest downfall in this character when he shamelessly defends it….oh…god…yeh ACP hai..!!
I think writers forgot the responsibility they take when they write a character in a profession…
And what should I tell about the chavan house …it’s filled with mad people who always taunt each other…and they all are dramatic people…..like over dramatic people ….if you ever feel you are in a worst place and everybody taunts you..everybody puts you down…see the plight of Sai…everyday getting humiliated and taunted…and you will feel better…
This ghar’s mukiya bhavani chavan…man this lady…only one dialogue is good when she says mast …uh..mastu…that also they ruined by giving it out on every taunt towards sai…
This character is so devilish that she tortures her own daughter gives her wrong medicines…..all this for what?!??yes another sloppy twist because she loved the wrong guy… auntyji…wo..koi sadakchap nahi hai…doctor..hai…wo ….!!!
when sai decides to unite the couple …he blames her again…wow…fir be when he also accepts that his Tai..loves the doctor and sai did it right….there was no reaction from his side…
And I am pretty sure that Virat chavan missed his lessons on domestic violence…while training for IPS…kyunki yeha bhi…vo kuch nahi karta hai …
So…what are you projecting..a mukhiya can get away with anything if they realise their mistake…howmuchever big that mistake is without much repurcusions ..and a Bahu going to college is against the traditions of the family??! And she has to face a ton of shit…like they make her to grind a chilli paste on purpose…like wtf????
When Virat grows fond of Sai…one thing he does right…he conveys it to paaki and says I will always be your dost..but….wait…isn’t he the same guy who questions his wife on a genuine friendship?!?..Sai at some point asks the same question to Virat…and guess what his answer was…..that both of them are matured individuals….🤭🤭….don’t tell me you said it seriously…dude if that’s the case na…you guys wouldn’t messed up this big…
And now coming on to Paaki the patralekha …it is not the first in television they are showing a obsessed lover…Maya from beyhadh was a classic one…but yeh…obssessive lover ke naam pe na …this character is just a joke..😂😂😂..and a really bad one…
As per the first promo if they would have shown struggles of paaki and virat…in adjusting in her/his new environment…in forgetting her/his love…her/his arguments within herself.. anything of that sort could have been shown…may be show her as a strong woman even though she is not female lead…her character had a potential of being a strong.. independent woman…but…. uffff…her character line just went down the hill…
She is annoying …I agree obssessive lovers are intended to be annoying…but this character…uffff..she tests your patience…and also she tends to understand things only when told the second time …uska humesha pehla dialogue goes like ..tumahare kehne ka matlab kya hai, Virat/sai???,..didi vo log Newton law nahi padaa rahen…jo apko samaj mein nahi ayi…
And you are an obssessive lover ek better plot toh Bano na…she acts like she got a sprain…to be lifted by Virat chavan…🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️didi isse acha idea nahi mila…like..seriously…try kill the heroine kuch toh Karo.kuch toh daring, evil kijiye ….as a villain in a series you are bound to get hatred…but this character is just pathetic…kya Gunda banegare tu??cha …Maybe if they would have shown Virat and paaki’s love story we would have able to empathise with her ..No one connects with the character as she claims loving Virat and they were no scenes for us to remember..and go like..haaaa…yaar itna pyaar karte te…tough toh hoga na…tskkk…like there is no thread that we could feel paaki
And the title goes Ghum hai kisi ke pyaar mein..now they are showing Virat considers paaki as only his dost…even paaki claims the same.. and virat and sai have come to an agreement to be good friends…so..pyaar kon kar raha hai??? aur Ghum kon hai??hum???
This is what I wrote before…now the track shows about his pakki zubaan to Shruthi….Man…he really needs to learn the meaning of vaada and zubaan …😆😆and set his priorities right…and sai needs to get back to her dhaasu form…
