Colors’ Devanshi started this week. The show airs at 7 pm slot. It brings a tale of a little girl born to challenge the evil powers. The girl struggles through to survive and miraculously gets saved all the time. Little Devanshi is thought as a blessing. Her parents name her Devanshi, by believing she is Devi’s Ansh. Devanshi mistakenly falls in the temple hundi.
The temple Goddess Mata Kusum Sundari is preached by many people. There is evil running inside the temple, as the group dupes innocent people for money and jewelry on the basis of devotion and belief. Mata Kusum Sundari does not return anything that is put in hundi once. By fear of losing treasure, she decides to keep the baby with her. She declares the baby belongs to temple property.
Devanshi’s parents strive hard to get Devanshi back, but unfortunately they die. Mata Kusum Sundari’s true face is seen. She has an affair with Mohan, and they have together attempted to kill Kusum’s husband Ishwar. Kusum and Mohan kill Ishwar’s brother Sarju, and also Devanshi’s parents to hide their affair.
