Ravan ws the villian of ramayan but I will tell some traits of him which will lead to come to the conclusion that if he hd followed dharm so thr may be temples for him.
Great scholar
He was a great scholar of the 4 Vedas. It is very clear from ramayan that he was no commoner but a great chanter of Sam Ved.
Great worrior
He defeated devas, humans etc and became trilokpati.
Great poet
He composed poem shiv tandav strota is quite impressive
Great musician
Knowledge on ragas and was a prolific Veena player. He is credited for the instrument Ravanhattha.
Great astrologer
Wrote a book ravan Samhita on Astrology.
Great knowledge on ayurveda
Once he was playing veena, the string got break but he didn’t wanted to upset his wife Mandodari who was dancing on its tunes, immediately took out a nerve from his thigh and placed it there, and started playing veena
Today for doing by-pass surgery nerve of thigh is used.
Great knowledge on political science
For this reason ram asked lakshman to go to him and seek knowledge from him before his death.

    Yes indeed He was Great scholar- but later He became egoistic . AND in spirituality -I mean real brahma gyani- if you develop ego you loss everything even the knowledge of vedas .
    EGO is the deadliest enemy for any VEDA Gyani & Brahma gyani. He was once Pancha gyani but he lost everything due to ego-, ego leads to avarice and anger .
    So SRIRAM had to come to give him salvation.
    TEMPles are made for people who become great through love , sacrifice, surrender -the divine qualities .

    That’s why he even didn’t touched Sita and every durshera we burn his puppet but there are many people worst than him today living on this earth why don’t we burn them think about it

    I wanted to know that in which time period these lords and bhagwans were born? as i am confused, I dont want to criticize the religon and dont want anyone to feel bad plzzzz. And if they were humans did they worship someone else as u worship them? also i just dont understand that why do u all worship them? i know they were so good (as all hindus say) but they were good for them selves betterment like why do you worship them? Plzzzzzzzzzzzzz dont feel bad!! and do u think that the world will end? And if you think what will happen after it? And why do you burn the dead? What happens if you do this? And r u sure that the relgion you are following is true? What is the Evidence? And if u r wrong what will happen? AND plz dont feel I am criticizing as i just want to clear my confusion. Plz ans.me if u r a true HINDU or whatever muslim,buddhists etc All plz give your opinions.
