Anika opened her eyes. Her body was paining because of all the torture Inesh did to her the day before. Yes the next day… the fourth day of Anika’s mission arrived. All her secret plans were safe inside her mind. She left a sigh of relief and looked here and there to see no one.
“Water… please water” she said with a rough unclear voice. Her throat was dry was surviving without water the day before. All the whip marks were still visible on the exposed part of her body.
Two men came with a glass of water. “You want water… drink drink… come on drink water” one men said and emptied the glass of water in front of her while the floor sucked all the water. Her heart throbbed thinking what will happen to her mission if she dies.
“Water…” she said while her eyes were on the verge of closing.
“Oyyeee… let her drink water, or else if she dies before we get to know her plan then boss will kill us” the other men explained.
Another glass of water came for Anika and this time she was allowed to sip the water down. She felt as if she got back her life. Her eyes sparkled.
“One… one more glass” she said.
The men got another glass of water for her.
“Open… open the ropes… please” she pleaded running out of breath at last that resulted in coughing. The man looked at the another one who said open the rope of just one hand and he did so. Anika took the glass from his hand and put it to her mouth and threw the water of her mouth over those two men. And started running with the chair.
“Heeyyyy….” both the men shouted when she turned back and with whatever strength left in her she twirled herself and as a result the legs of the chair smashed their head. For one it directly became the reason of death and the other one was feeling dizzy. All other men came there running and forcefully tied Anika to the chair again and chained the chair at one corner.
“Leave me you coward men… you are so coward that you have roped me so that I might not run away from your hold beating and killing everyone of you… leave me” she shouted and just after she completed slap landed on her cheek again.
They were dangerous and that day they did not leave a single chance. They wanted to know Anika’s plan by hook or by crook and here she was adamant not to say a single word.
When the people saw that by beating her they will not get their answers they started to throw boiling hot water and chilled ice water over her turn by turn. Her skin was dying and here she was crying but not uttering a single word. The men were all done with their tortures when Inesh arrived there.
“Boss she is not uttering a single word… we have tried every possible way but no…” one man explained.
Tears were running down through Anika’s eyes and she was blowing air over her wounds though the air was not enough. She immediately needed medication.
“So you won’t say… tell me from where do you get so much courage to stay strong after getting tortured this much… no say say” Inesh sounded sarcastic and she turned to him with blood shot eyes.
“Oops…oops i am afraid” Inesh said and started to laugh looking at her red eyes.
“Leave me” she screamed again.
“Okay… will leave you but at first you tell me your plan… you tell me what else you know about our gang and our plans… tell me” he shook her head clutching her hairs from back.
“i won’t say, if you kill me then also I won’t say… do whatever you want to” she retorted back with the same fire in her voice and her eyes.
Inesh couldn’t take it more and slapped her again. “Fine, I know for every girl what matters more than her life… for you girls your virginity and your self respect matters most and now you will loose both… just get ready Anika, you have tested enough of our patience.” Inesh said clutching her hairs in a tight fist. Anika was numb to reply anything. He started to untie her from the chair.
“No… you cannot do this… just stop I said, Inesh stop it” she now slapped him as her hands got freed. In turn Inesh too slapped her and put her up forcefully and went to another room inside and landed her over bed.
“Inesh stop it I said” she howled again when he was chaining her. She hit his torso hard by her leg and he held the chain tightly in his hand and hit over her private part hardly.
“Ahhh…” she winced in pain and was paralysed to move. He did what he wanted to. She lose in front of a beast. Tears and scream were only relief to him but she did not utter a single word about what he wanted to know. The night came to an end when she was left in the most bad condition he could have done.
He has hit her by chains. Her blood was oozing out from her body and tears from her eyes. Everything went dark in front of her eyes.
Morning arrived. Doctors were secretly preparing reports of Shivay’s discharge and he was changing the news channel that were flashing the news of his death. OmRu entered his cabin.
“What the nonsense is this Om?” he asked pointing at the latest news that says ‘Ms Anika is still roaming outside freely after killing Mr. Shivay Singh Oberoi, where is she? When will she get arrested?’
“Let me explain Shivay… you just relax” Om said and turned off the TV.
“What did Anika do Om? Where is she?” Shivay asked.
“We don’t know… we don’t know where is she, she contacted Mr. Chatterjee… IGP of CID two days ago… after that no trace of her is there” Om said gripping Shivay’s hand.
“CID… IGP… why? If she tried to kill me then why would she contact Mr. IGP?” he asked.
“Shivay, we know that we are bound to a promise to Anika bhabhi… but now it’s high time and now if we don’t share it with you then you might never be able to find her again” Om said and looked at Rudra.
“Anika bhabhi… our bhabhi is from CID bhaiyaa… she is SP… SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE of CID.” Rudra said.
“What? What do you mean?” Shivay asked.
“Remember Shivay, bhabhi came to our house two years back?” Om took a pause and Shivay nodded yes, Om continued “…she was appointed as the security major of you… she was the in-charge of your security when Mr. Mathur… the ex-SP died mysteriously… Anika bhabhi being the most loyal and qualified officer was promoted to the post from DSP to SP a year back. She was appointed to do a detailed investigation on every bomb blast that took place in past three years. She started doing so when she fall in love with you… she knew that those terrorist are behind you also for some reason, she was being your protective layer and was handling everything without letting you know” Om stopped.
“What happened? Why did you stop?” Shivay asked.
“Bhaiyaa… then you proposed engagement… she agreed after saying no for many times… because… because she never wanted anyone to harm you… but on that engagement day” Rudra stopped not being able to explain further.
“On that day… Mr. Chatterjee called her and told her about the sudden blast in Kolkata… she was terrified and they received a threat saying she must not marry you… she had no other option and she had to act of fake kidnapping of Sahil so that you starts to hate her” Om said.
“That means she…” Shivay looked down as guilt covered him thinking about how much he has said wrong words to her without even knowing that it was all for him.
“What did she do that day?” Shivay asked.
“She…” OmRu together started explaining.
FLASHBACK
Anika ran out of Oberoi Mansion after throwing her phone.
“Bhabhi…. bhabhi…” OmRu went behind her when everyone else were shocked to react.
“Om…Ru don’t come behind me” Anika said.
“Bhabhi, what happened suddenly? Why are you running away? We know something major happened… please share with us” Rudra pleaded holding her hands.
Anika broke down and told them everything of her being in CID, how she was behind some men who are planning for blasts. And now that they (terrorists) have threatened her department that if she marries or keeps a tie with Shivay then they will kill him.
“I cannot marry him… I had no other option Om… he must hate me, or else he will die of pain thinking about my conditions… I have no life guarantee too, I am here now… maybe I can get murdered in a minute or two” she said wiping of her tears and smiling sarcastically over her fate.
“He will hate you bhabhi… I have a plan” Om said.
Anika and Rudra went close to him.
“Bhabhi you kidnap Sahil… Shivay won’t spare anyone trying to harm Sahil… you just kidnap him and ask for money to leave him and when Shivay comes to give you the money you just point gun on Sahil’s head and run away after taking the money suitcase… Shivay will think you did everything for money and in turn he will start to hate you” Om completed. Anika smiled again leaving a sigh. Anika and OmRu did everything as planned. Shivay was hurt and shocked to see that Anika is even ready to kill his own brother for money. He took Sahil along with him while Anika went away to her mission.
FLASHBACK ENDS

Tears were playing over his eyes making them blur.
“What happened… there after Om?” Shivay managed to say.
“After that… when you saw her in the get up of a married lady… she was just in the get up to expose some other men connected to the blasts” Rudra explained.
“And… and my kidnapping from my marriage?” Shivay asked eying Om and then Rudra.
