It’s been months since we stopped seeing Komolika in the insanely popular daily soap Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Hina Khan was essaying the role brilliantly but she had to leave the show mid way as she made her way towards Bollywood and International cinema and her commitments kept her away from Ekta Kapoor’s directorial.
Now we revealed a few weeks ago that actress Aamna Shariff will be entering the show as Komolika. Her look was however, the topic of speculation for all. Now the makers have revealed her first look as Komolika and we are stunned.
Wearing an electric blue long skirt and off shoulder top with ruffled sleeves, Aamna looks splendid. The Indo-western attire goes perfectly with the shades of Komolika’s character. She gives a fusion spin to her attire which enhanced the look and added a lot of charm to it. And we just cannot miss the signature Komo nose ring which Komolika’s have been sporting since the beginning.

In an interview with Bobay Times, Aamna had revealed,“I haven’t seen the show and so, didn’t get a chance to see the way Hina portrayed it. But I have heard she was doing a commendable job. Urvashi Dholakia had played the character many years ago in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ in such a powerful way that Komolika became a cult figure.”
Aamna Sharif who was last seen in Life OK’s Ek Thi Naayka, will be making a comeback on TV after six years.
