“I’m really fed up with you. I’m feeling shamed to say you as my brother..!!” Sanskar shouts on Laksh who is sitting on the Jeep bonnet.
Lak:: sanky, I’m feeling scared to look into her eyes and talk.
Sanskar comes near Laksh and holds his shoulders,
“That is called love bhai..!! You love her deeply, that’s why you couldn’t look into her eyes..!! Now, you have to express that love to her..!!”
Laksh breathes deeply.
‘pyar kiya tho darna kya..? jab pyar kiya tho darna kya??’ Sanskar sings.. Laksh raises his chest in confidence.
There in Ragini’s house,
Ragini is holding Shomi’s picture. And she is feeling emotional.
‘Maa, today I’m engaged. See, this is that guy..’
Ragini shows Laksh’s picture to Shomi’s picture.
“I know maa, he doesn’t suit my character but he is a nice guy. Mamma and Pappa has made a good choice.”
Ragini is talking emotionally, then Daadi happens to come there. She sees Shomi’s picture in Ragini’s hand. Ragini soon hides it.
“Ragini, why are you holding Shomi’s picture??” Daadi asks. Then, Daadi thinks in herself, ‘So, this girl is Shomi’s daughter..!!’
Ragini is silent. Daadi sits beside her.
Daadi:: so, you are sharmista’s daughter??
Ragini looks at her shocked.
Rag:: daadi maa, you know all the story??
Daadi:: i know everything..!!
Rag:: daadi maa, don’t say that I know this to maa or papa. They think I don’t know.. if they know..
Daadi fakes a smile, “No Ragini, I won’t say this to them. Don’t worry. Janaki’s daughter or Shomi’s daughter.. both are same for me..”
Ragini smiles and goes away. Daadi smirks, “So, it is Ragini whom I have to send out of this house..!!” she thinks.
*Next Morning*
LakSan are in music academy. Laksh is seeing a video of Ragini where she is playing veena. It was recorded by Ap.
Lak:: wow, if Ragini is playing one string of veena.. I’m feeling like several veenas playing in my heart…
Sanskar was holding his head, “Bro, don’t say this poetry to me. Say this to your Ragini. Plz..!!”
Lak:: wow, her voice is sweet as nightingale..
Sanskar beats his head.
San:: ok, let’s go in. Today you are going to propose her at any cost..!!
Sanskar drags Laksh inside the academy. They are seeing for Ragini. All the students and professors have assembled at the stage place.
‘Our next guitar participant.. ‘Rock Star Ragini’” someone announces.
San:: Ragini???
Lak:: maybe other Ragini bro.. my Ragini is sitar Ragini…
Laksh says in smile…
Then, a girl enters the stage. Her face is covered by darkness as lights were off. She is wearing torn jeans and her hands are covered with numerous bracelets. Her fingers have big rings. Of all the rings a diamond ring is shining very brightly. Laksh looks at that ring amazed. She is wearing puma shoes. Upon it she is wearing a pink shirt her hair is curly and falling on her shoulders and chest.
Laksh looks at that girl casually. Then, she plays the music of guitar.. and laser lights are shown on stage as some lines. Laksh observes her face from the little light..
After playing music.. she sings,
“when your heart is strong..
Why to afraid of the world?
When your mind is strong..
Why to bother this world??”
All the students cheer and shout in excitement as soon as the listen her voice. All the ground is filled with shouts.. “Ragini..!! Ragini..!!”
That girl starts playing the guitar music again and all the people are cheering.. she stops the music with high rap…
Then lights, come up on her face…
Laksh hell shocks looking at her. It is none other than his Ragini. Her eyes are filled with smoky kajal and her lips are red.
Then, Ragini with the guitar music followed she starts singing..
“When your heart is strong,
Why to afraid of the world?
When your mind is strong,
Why to bother this world?”
The music keeps continuing, and people are clapping their hands raised up…
“when you take the side of ‘right’
Then fight for it.
When you take the side of ‘wrong’
Forget you are a human being..
Being a human means, being right..!!
So follow the heart..
Stand at the right..
Prove you are a human..!!”
Ragini sings in the high pitch while playing the guitar.. the people will be jumping and some will be clapping their hands..
But, Laksh was looking at her shocked still. Sanskar was enjoying the music too..
Someone at the side are saying.. ‘there is thousand strings of guitar in her voice”
Laksh gets amazed listening to it.
Ragini plays the guitar and the hair falls on her face with the force she is using. Then she sings slowly..
‘keep a smile to destroy the enemies..
Make a friendship to end the hatred..’
Her guitar plays slowly…
‘when you trust yourself..
Just follow it..!
If, you don’t trust..
Then forget about it..!!”
She plays the guitar fast here, and all the students keep cheering…
“So guys..!!” Ragini shouts rhythmic..
All sings waving their hands…
“If your heart is strong..
Don’t afraid of world..
If your mind is strong..
Don’t bother the world..”
With a high rap Ragini ends the music..
“No Ragini..!! don’t stop..!! One more rap plz..!! plz..!!” all shouts.
Ragini laughs looking at all..
“Ragini.. Ragini..” all keeps shouting. Laksh crosses his hands looking at her. Ragini nods her head and comes down the stage in between all…
She keeps playing music and walking in between people in dancing steps… all are cheering around her..
Ragini comes the end of people and comes in front of Laksh. She looks at Laksh suddenly and drops her guitar on floor in shock.
Her music becomes quit suddenly and all the people stops the cheers and looks at her silently..
Ragini was looking at Laksh shocked, and Laksh was looking at her simply.
Ragini runs away from there looking at Laksh. Laksh looks at her while she is running away and takes the guitar into his hand which has fell from her hands.
*After a while*
Ragini and Laksh are sitting in canteen. Ragini is in chudidar now. Laksh was leaning to chair and looking at her silently. Ragini was not looking at him. Ragini was rolling the edge of her duppatta to her finger in nervousness.
Laksh clears his throat and about to speak.. then Ragini talks with fast accent..
“Laksh, I know that I was doing mistake hiding my reality. The thing is, I like to be like this. But, my parents like me to be traditional. That’s why for them I have learned sitar and for me I have learned guitar. I’m traditional for them and modern for me. I can’t sacrifice myself or I can’t turn against to my parents. So, I’m living in two ways like this. But, I have only one heart and one mind. I maybe modern but I’m a good girl. Don’t think I will have boyfriends or I’m way too fast bcz I have played guitar in that way. It is just my talent. Because, music is my heart mind and nervous. Now, if you are going to say this reality to my parents.. kasam se, I will not talk with you never and ever…”
Ragini keeps blabbering and Laksh says…
“Shh.. shhh…” asking her to be calm..
Ragini still continues,
“I love what I’m doing. It’s not like I wanted to cheat my parents.. but, I don’t want to make them sad. I love guitar and rocking music.. is it wrong??..”
While Ragini is continuing..
“Ok Ok Rock star.. I understand.. Plz, be calm..!!” Laksh says finally.
‘He called her rock star?’ Ragini amazes and looks at him. Laksh was looking at her in a smile.
Lak:: Ragini, you are not wrong having your own choices. Yes, on one way you are cheating your parents.. but you are doing what they like too. I can understand how you are suffering between the things you like and your dislikes.
Rag:: I like being modern means, not like I don’t like being traditional Laksh..I just love to be modern. That’s it..
Laksh smiles, “And I love that traditional and silent girl Ragini. But, it doesn’t mean I hate this ultra modern girl”
Ragini looks on..
“I loved your innocence, Your silence, your customs.. bcz, you are something like me. But, Ragini I won’t force you to be like this or like that.. it’s your life.” Laksh says.
Laksh stands and Ragini too stands..
“I just came to say one thing Ragini…” Laksh words gets stuck again in his throat.
Sanskar was signalling Laksh to say it. Laksh was hesitating again…
Rag:: say naa Laksh.. what is it??
Laksh rubs his nape.
Lak:: that.. that….
Sanskar gets frustrates and comes out…
“He loves you Ragini..!! He loves you madly..!! That’s what he is trying to say from many days…!! But, this guy..!!!”
Sanskar is shouting and Laksh runs and closes his mouth.
Lak:: Ragini, don’t mind his words…
Sanskar removes his hand, “No Ragini, he loves you..!!” he shouts.
Laksh drags away Sanskar and Ragini keeps looking at Laksh…
*At night time*
Ragini was thinking about Laksh. She was looking at the engagement ring.
“Laksh is loving me?? And, I’m not loving him. He is completely orthodox. How can he be happy with me? He came to know about me. Will he like me in future? Is this marriage is correct or not??”
Ragini is thinking.
In hall, Daadi is doing a big mess with shekar and janaki.
“How can you perform marriage of Ragini before swara?? Swara have to be married first, then only Ragini..!!” daadi shouts as she is thinking swara is Janaki’s daughter. Shekar doesn’t understand why daadi is much concerned for swara as she doesn’t like her?
Janaki:: but maa, swara said that she will marry when she wanted. That’s why, we aren’t forcing her.
Daadi:: i want swara to get married first or both should get married at same time. After Ragini’s marriage if you neglect swara??
Shekar:: why we would maa? Both are my daughters.
Swara just comes there, “I’m Ok with Daadi maa’s decision.” They looks at her.
“And, I have selected a boy for myself.” Shekar and Janaki looks at her.
Swara shows a picture and shekar janaki looks at that shocked.
“I want to marry him. I won’t marry any other, none other than him.” She says and goes away.
Shekar and Janaki looks at each other confused. Daadi maa smirks and goes away.
In MM,
Laksh was holding Ragini’s guitar. Adarsh comes near him as Laksh was still awake who actually sleeps 9 by night. {don’t shock guys, Laksh is too disciplined here}
Ada:: what thinking lucky?? Who’s guitar is this??
Laksh:: Ragini’s..
Ada:: what???
Laksh comes out of world, “I mean, I bought this guitar from Ragini named shop.”
Ada:: for what?? Are you going to learn it??
Laksh suddenly gets some idea… “Yeah..!! I will learn..!!” he says. Adarsh leaves with a smile. Laksh smiles widely.. “I got an idea to get close to Ragini now..”
