Recap: Marriage drama and truth out
Almost a week passed
Sanskar is sleeping on Ragini’s lap while she is ruffling his hair… I’m feeling relaxed after so many incidents my jungli bili too feeling the same right? Sanskar asked. “mmm… jungli bili… I thought you forgot this name… happy that you remember” Ragini mocked… Sanky wake up instant with pleading face. “hey… you know na what happened? Still…” he felt bad. “haan I know what happened but…” she was not ready to accept. She continued, “you know how I felt when you told me to remove the pendant? I’m burning in angry… but you are presenting her favourite ice cream cake… eagerly I blindfolded you but you scoundrel taking her name… haan… Swara teases you as jeeju and became her habit? And I’m someone’s wife? The high light is you lied to me… you were enjoying with Vibha… when I asked you; you said you are busy in presentation? Haan” she shot the question daggers.
“hey… I know you hurt… and I’m the responsible… but not for everything… I told you to remove the pendant in care of Vibha even it was very tough for me to tell you… I don’t had that much dare” he tried to justify… “haan you don’t dared to tell but told for your so called love right?” she stabbed him by her words. “I didn’t buy that ice cream cake for her… I bought it to cool your mood but suddenly she came and I managed the situation… that’s it… that blindfold wala… I was busy in presentation… if I touched your hands then I could recognize but…. Usually Vibha used to disturb me so thought that’s Vibha”
“varey vaa… now telling me that I’m disturbance to you” “Ragini please…. Don’t kill me by your words… if you want slap me also but please….” Tears tried to escape from his eyes but he controlled it by biting his lower lip. “no way… I wont leave you… do you know how much I cried… I’ll take all my revenge today…” tears welled up and she hugged him tight. “I lied because if you came to know that I was with Vibha then you will feel bad that’s why I lied…” she broke the hug and kept her index finger on his lips and nodded no. she rested on his chest and both felt peace of their heart…
Just then Sanskar’s phone rings. Ragini took phone and her face glowed to see the caller ID as “Maa” “hey maa is calling” he attended the call… “hello amma…” “Kalutha… amma mela unaku pasamey illala… oru call panni pesanumnu kuda thonalala… adharsh a kuda nan dan anupivechen… apram kuda amma kita pesanum nu thonala… periya ivan mari enga ellaryum miss panrada solli anupiruka… periyavanga summava sonnanga pettha manam pitthu pulla manam kallu nu (Donkey… you don’t love your maa na… even never thought to make a single call too… I sent adharsh to visit you… then also you didn’t called just told him that inform me that you misses us… parents heart is melt and children heart is stone… that saying will perfectly match our situation)” she burst out.
“maa… apdilam illa… (maa not like that)” he said while she remained silent to pretend to be angry. “maa please maa… vitla ellam epdi irukanga… thatha innumum kobama irukara? (how is everyone in home? is grandpa still angry?)” “haan but better than before… started to miss you… hope soon everything will be fine” she said. “by the way are you comfortable with your Wife?” she added and Ragsan dazed to hear the statement as the phone on loud speaker. “what? Wife….?” He asked with amusement that Adharsh spilled the truth out. “haan you considers yours so called job like wife na… that’s why you dared to leave all of us” she said while Ragini took sigh of relieve but Sanky’s face went pale.
Mr. Metha slapping him in front of whole office and kicking out flashed on his mind after hearing the word job. He managed to smiled and cleared the voice which was choking “haan maa ellam naalla dan poikitu iruku… enakum en boss kum iruka relationship ah motha office eh vayapolandutu pakununa terinjikonga (haan maa… everything is alright… you know whole office will drop their jaw open to see my relationship with my boss)” uttered the sentence ironically. “mmm that’s my son. You are earning… if you send some money then soon your grandpa, uncle and dad will be feel proud that you got matured… see how stupid I’m… you are staying in flat so need to pay rent…” “no maa not like that” he uttered but his heart was filled with embarrassment that he didn’t send his salary to his home, now he wishes to send but he don’t have job.
“ok pa… odamba nalla pathuko… nerathuku sapdu… sanikilamai aana enna thechi kuli… badrama irupa (ok beta… take care, eat well at time, take oil bath on Saturday)” she said and cut the call. Ragini was able to understand his situation, she hold his hands in hers and assured him everything will be alright by blinking her eyes.
Just then they hears a knock on the door, Ragini opened the door, Sanky too came to hall and shocked to see Mr. Metha at door. “sir” “how are you now?” “I’m perfectly alright sir… please come inside… take your seat sir” Sanskar welcomed him happily. Ragini excused “I’ll bring something to drink” “sir you here…?” Sanky asked to Mr. Metha who bent his head down. “Sanskar I don’t know how to ask sorry with this face… I had committed with big mistake… if you can please forgive me” he pleaded. “sir… you are like my dad and you are apologizing to me… dad have rights to punish his son… so please sir” Sanky said politely.
“that’s so nice of you Sanky… but I punished you without your fault… I was unaware about the truth till Nikhil comes to me” he said. Ragini asked “what Nikhil came to meet you?” while serving juice to Mr. Metha and Sanky. “haan he came himself to meet me and explained each and everything happened with you both… even he apologized to me for his behaviour” he said. “so Sanky when you are going to join again?” he added. “I’m ready to come from tomorrow also” he said enthusiastically. “ok then take this key… join in office from tomorrow and come by this new car” “but sir… you already presented a car two weeks ago…” Sanky said. “haan I presented you… but Ragini sold that car as that’s not good sign” he said while Ragini rubbed her forehead. Mr. Metha smiled and left from there.
“when you sold that car?” Sanky asked curiously while Ragini answered casually “just sold when you came home after discharge” she added, “there should be nothing which create worst incidents” Sanky admired his wife who are talking with hidden meanings about Vibha. “ok now I’m also fine and new car too presented… why don’t we go out?” Sanky asked in excitement. “mmm ok” she said plainly. “mmm why are you staring go and get ready…” he pressed the words. She nodded and does the same.
She came out with beautiful poonam saree after half an hour. She was combing hair in front of the mirror then Sanky came out of wash room wrapping a towel around the waist. She looked him through mirror then turned towards him… he gestured what? She came near to him and caressed his left bicep where her name tattooed. It had been pained a lot na? she asked with puppy face. Varey va… I was dwelling in pain but now you are asking it had been pained… he mocked.
She continued her puppy face. Aahhh Ragini… please change this face or else I’ll bite your pretty face, he caressed her faced sensually and stopped at lips… “this hai na… mmm awesome… but I had tasted this long back” she pushed his hand and said, “get ready soon” she stood in front of mirror while he smiled at her. Suddenly she felt something and looked down her chest… Sanskar peeped out from her back after tying the “Sanskar” named pendent. She looked him through mirror with teary eyes. He made her turn and assured, “afterwards I’ll never let a situation to tell you remove this pendent… it’s a promise” he pecked on her forehead then she buried her in his chest, he too reciprocated. Later both went down.
Ragini pulled the ribbon of the new car and both started their journey on sweet path. He stopped the car in front of Khanna Nivas and she wondered why he came here? He got down as well asked her to come out. Both headed towards entrance while Ragini stepped with hesitation. In living room they found Nikhil descending upstairs with big travel bags. “Ragini… Sanskar… you both here? Any matter?” a concerned Nikhil questioned. “voh… nothing like that… just thought to thank you so…” Sanky stated. “no need to such formalities actually I want to ask apology to you both… I had done so many things with you” he uttered while exact guilt was visible in his face.
“no Nikhil… if you didn’t talked to Mr. Metha then…” “but If I didn’t swapped that presentation then there won’t be any problem…” Nikhil completed. “ok if you completed your sorry and thank you business may I know why these travel bags are here” Ragini lighted the situation. “voh… I’m going to Canada…” Nikhil said “ohh any business trip? By the way where is….” She hesitated to complete the sentence. “voh… Vibha also went to Canada… actually Arjun took her with him for her betterment as a psychologist he told that she needs place change” Ragsan nodded silently and left from there after small random talks.
Sanky is driving while Ragini lost in her own thoughts “Arjun took Vibha with him… whats the need? I should know whats going on his mind… better I’ll consult it with SwaSha” Sanky stopped his car at temple. “from when my lovely husband became devotee?” she thought to herself while getting down from car. He bought jasmine flower from stall in front of temple and pinned in Ragini’s hair by his hands… she blushed a bit then went inside the temple. Both worshipped the Kishan who is playing magical music with his flute along with Rukmani. Then they returned to home.
Swara saw them coming together with smiley face how she saw them for the first time. Unknown happiness filled in her heart but she shouted “ouch” when she got tight pat on her head. She turned and found Harsha. “hey why are you hurting her?” Sanskar asked while Harsha said “aagai teri jeeju teri support keliye” “I pat your so called Saali (sister in law) because uski nazar lagjay (her evil eyes fell on your lovely pair)” “first you both come I’ll take Dhrishti (evil eyes)” Harsha said while bringing lemon which was sliced into two and applied vermillion on it from kitchen. He took evil eyes by circling the lemons in front of ragsan face and uttered all the evil and bad eyes and sign will go far from my di and jeeju then threw it on road.
“wait I’ll prepare food” Swara said and about to go to kitchen but stopped when she heard “no need” from Ragini. Ragini picked up a carry bag… Harsha opened it curiously and they bought dinner from out. Swara kissed Ragini… “hey what is this? I bought dinner but you are kissing Ragini… this is not fair” Sanky made a pout face while Swara glared him by lifting her left eye brow up. He looked other side as didn’t say nothing… Harsha was happy to see their life came to normal like how it was before. Just then he got call… he was nervous to see the caller ID and excused.
“Harsha… this much happened but you hid from me… I came to know only after RV told everything” RK asked while Harsha gulped his suliva “Harsha was chatting with his friends in stone bench of college and RV came there, and asked why you are stopped calling us? What’s happening in Ragini’s life? Through your behaviour I got to know something big had happened? Tell me now… RV shot question daggers… then Harsha explained everything to him and he was froze to hear the happenings”
“voh bhaiya I told you na they are fine…” he managed. “haan now they are fine I’m very happy about it but what will Ragini’s condition on that marriage day? I feel pity on Sanky too but I done nothing to support my sister when she was in problem” he felt bad. Harsha sent Swaragsan picture that was fighting childishly on dinner dish… RK saw the photo and felt happy… Madhu placed her hands on his shoulder and gestured “she is fine… be happy” he nodded. Ok then I’ll call you some other day; RK said and hanged the call while happy tears wetted corner of his eyelids.
“Harsha if you completed your silly talks then come and eat” Ragini said with stern voice. He smiled and join with them… all are eating. “Is Arjun loves Vibha?” Ragini asked while swashasan spitted the food, Swara coughed heavily and Sanky patted her back while Harsha giving water to her. Ragini rolled her eyes here and there like missed child at carnival. “di what are you saying?” Swara asked with shocking. “no i didn’t mean like that… voh arjun supported Vibha while Nikhil slapping her” Ragini uttered with hesitation. “its courtesy di… why love comes here?” Harsha asked. “that can be courtesy but now he took Vibha with him for her betterment that’s why she is asking like that” Sanky told.
“What? He took her with him? Let’s see what I going to do” Swara was about to stand but Ragini stopped. “why are you over reacting? Because he is with Vibha?” Sanky asked. “he chose Vibha or whoever… he didn’t utter a single word to me” Swara said. “for this you are reacting this much? Then just imagine how Sanky’s friends will react to him for hiding his marriage and my so sweet baby?” she said teasingly and diverted the topic. All break out into laugh later Sanskar realised what she said and widened his eyes… other three laughed more to see his reaction… the day ended with laughter.
Another fine morning
“hey jungli bili… wake up… today we have to go for check up… if you delayed like this the appointment will be cancelled… wake up na…” Sanky said while sitting next to her on bed and tucking her strand behind her ear. She opened her eyes with puppy face… “You disturbed my sleep na… see what I’ll do” she blackmailed him while tilting her both lips to left and right. He smiled at her childish act. “I woke her up 11am only for this she threatening me” he thought to himself.
Both reached hospital and waiting for their turn. Both are glancing the hospital walls where lots of baby pictures and heath tips hanged. Just then nurse called out, “Mrs. Ragini Sanskar” ragsan both entered the cabin after knocking the door.
“Subhashini MBBS, DGO Gynaecologist” written on name board. When looked forward there was beautiful girl sat with white coat, had bright smile on her face. Ragsan too smiled at her suddenly Doctor glared her. Ragsan stared each other with confusion. “you both remember you check up date? You should be here one week before” ragsan bent their head and apologised. “look Mr. Sanskar… family means there will be lots of mess but this about health of Ragini and the unborn baby… you should take care of her…” “Sorry ma’am afterwards we will be alert” Sanky said.
Dr. Subha checked Ragini later both came out. “nothing to worry yet you should be more careful… I’ll give you menu list… as per this you should eat… I know at this time what you likes to eat…. You can eat whatever you wish… but when it comes to roadside and junk foods then less the limit. Then half of your food goes to child so eat a bit extra… drink fruit juices and water at level best… Ragini take dates with dinner and add honey too… your blood level is not so good… mind it… then.. drink carrot juice without sugar and take almonds daily… its very good for health… I think its enough for now” she completed with sweet smile.
“ok thank you so much doctor… we will take leave” Sanky greeted and about to exit Dr. interrupted, “what should be follow?” “Whatever you said everything should be followed and next time we should on correct date.” Sanky said while Ragini and Dr. Subha smiled.
