Episode starts with…
After lunch everyone sat in living room when Rudra
Rudra: Riddhima, beta you wanted something right! Will you tell now or later?
Riddhima (coming into the center): No Dad, I’ll share now. I actually wanted your and bhai’s support and help in this
Angre (worried): Riddhu, is everything ok? Any issue?
Riddhima: Bhai relax. Nothing to worry about. Actually, two weeks back when I visited the orphanage, I learnt about a child about 4 – 5 years of age is suffering from Atrial Septal defect (ASD), in normal terms it is nothing but a hole in the wall of heart (septum). At present that child doesn’t have any complications but in future he may have many complications. So, I thought of consulting the cardiologist and after many required tests today I got to know that surgery is possible and it can be done this week. And for that it’d cost around 5lakhs including consultation and post – op procedures….
Angre: Riddhu I’ll sponsor that
Riddhima: No bhai I have already paid the amount. And his operation is scheduled for day after tomorrow.
Rudra: Am proud of your beta but I don’t think you wanted to share this
Riddhima: Yes, dad this is just half the information I was supposed to tell. The main information is that I was wondering if one orphanage has such kid with these sought of ailments, then the state has many such orphanages and many such kids. Due to lack of sponsorship and timely help many kids might lose their lives. This isn’t accepted. So, I tried to gather information on such orphanages with such sought of kids and to my utter shock there are many such kids who are having many different health issues and are eagerly waiting for a ray of hope. I was wondering if we could start a trust which would help such needed children for their surgeries and consultations. For that I need both yours and bhai’s help. Will you both please help me in starting a trust!!
Rudra (walking towards her) (hugging her): Am proud that you want to help such kids
Angre (hugging her): Riddhu, we already have a trust which is working for this purpose but the difference is
Vansh: It has been working since long for Adults and not children
Amar: We never gave a thought for orphan kids who are in need of our support
Riddhima was shell shocked and looked at them in total confusion. She didn’t understand what they were actually trying to convey. Rudra understood her confusion and was smiling
Rudra: Actually, me, Vansh’s dad and Amar started a trust years ago for treatment of destitutes and so even after Vansh’s dad’s death, we were running it and now Angre and Vansh are too a part of the trust.
Vansh: We help the needed. Till today we have been doing so for elderly people. I don’t know why we never thought of kids.
Angre: Vansh is right, but I think we can now start this initiative and from today our trust would be helping the kids too.
Vansh: And the head of that department would be Riddhima
Amar & Rudra: We are with you in this decision Vansh.
Vansh: And the surgery of the child you were planning for the day after tomorrow and every other child will be headed by you and our trust which is now even yours.
Riddhima (still in shock): Me!!!! Am confused and shocked. Dad how can I!!! I mean I can help but be the head of something is so…
Rudra: We trust you and none could head that department better than you.
Riddhima: Dad you never told me that you have a trust!
Rudra: Because we never had any discussion on that
Amar: Beta you are thinking much. Angre and Vansh will brief you about everything you want to know.
Riddhima: Uncle it’s not that but it’s that ki…. Am …. I don’t know am confused. (making a face)
Angre (smiling): Relax. Just give me the details of orphanages and the kids. I’ll arrange a team for you to assist you.
Vansh: And the details of surgery of the kid scheduled for day after tomorrow too
Riddhima stood silent for a while and was digesting everything that happened few minutes back while the men were discussing something. Riddhima was just trying to understand everything, as she was confused, nervous, and shocked too. She was in loss of words and was wondering
Riddhima (thinking): Can I do the assigned responsibility, can I be able to reach up to everyone’s aid, will I be able to lend my help to the needed!!! Can I do this!!!
Vansh: Yes, you can do this
Riddhima lifted her head to see Vansh smiling
Riddhima: How did you know what I was thinking?
Vansh: I know you and can feel your heart so understanding what you were thinking isn’t a task I guess
Riddhima smiled and then
Riddhima: Can I sponsor day after tomorrow’s surgery please Vansh. I want to
Vansh: I know you’d say this and why would I stop you from doing what you want to. In fact, today am proud of myself for loving a girl like you. You are one in many Riddhima and I am lucky that I found you as my soulmate.
Riddhima hugged him and he whispered “Love You Sweetheart”.
Vansh: I trust you and we are here, am here to help you in case you need any so don’t think much about the trust’s work. Just relax ok
Riddhima nodded and checking the time she freaked out
Riddhima: OMG!!! It’s almost 4. I need to rush towards orphanage. Kids would be waiting for me. Guys I’ll catch you tomorrow. Bye!!!
Before anyone could react, she left followed by Vansh who wanted to bid bye to his love in his own way. He seeing that none is watching them he grabbed her by her hand shocking her as she was unaware that he was behind her, she was about to shout when she felt his touch on her hand and realized who it was and turning around
Riddhima: You gave me a mini heart attack. Was scared as to who pulled me such way
Vansh: Who has dare to touch my lady!
Riddhima was smiling
Vansh: Vaise when will you be back?
Riddhima: I don’t think we can meet today again, because I have my schedule fix and we can meet only tomorrow (teasing him)
Vansh: Am Vansh Rai Singhania. I can do anything I want and if I want to meet you then I can and none can stop me not even your schedule
Riddhima: So over confidence
Vansh: Challenge?
Riddhima: Done!!! Try to meet me before the day ends
Vansh: Challenge accepted.
Riddhima: Fine then bye. One more condition you can’t either follow me or call me to know where I am
Vansh: Accepted.
She bid him bye and left.
Precap: Ishani: Angre, where is bhai?
Angre (serious): Am I your brother’s PA that I’ll keep his whereabouts?
