Hi guys I am back with a new chapter. Pls don’t kill me for the twist. I never wanted to do this but I had to. Hope you guys understand what I wanted. I am writing this with a terrible headache so if there are any mistakes pls do forgive me. Thanks for all the lovely wishes and thanks for all the lovely comments too. I had a great trip and a great break from writing and now I am back in business.
Riddhima: vansh vanshu…… mujhe saas nahi arahi [I can’t breathe properly]
Vansh: nothing will happen Riddhi. I won’t let anything happen to you.
Angrey: wait riddhima. Bhai I will call the doctor
Vansh: no angrey I think we have to take her to the hospital. There’s no time to call doctor and wait for her to come.
Aryan:ok bhai I will take out the car!
Everyone : quickly aryan!
Riddhima: vanshu thanks for everything! *cough*
He lifted her in his arms and while going,
Vansh : ssshhhh ridddhi don’t close your eyes. I am here ok
With the end of the sentence, she closed her eyes and ishq mein marjawan(sad version) plays
Vansh: RIDDHIMAAA………
Everyone: hurry up vansh, we may lose her!
They took her to the hospital and quickly kept her in the ICU. He grabbed the doctor’s collar;
Vansh: agar kuch hogaya mere Riddhi ko me tumhe nahi chodenge [if something happens to my Riddhi then I will not spare you!] I will destroy this hospital and remember this is VR’s words..
Doctor: I will try to save her sir
Vansh: not try I want results. I want her back
Doctor : yes sir
And the doctor left to treat Riddhima and vansh fell down on the floor. He started crying and said
Vansh: I told you I will protect you but see I failed. I couldn’t do that even. I can’t bear if anyone hurts you so how could I let this happen? Angrey how could I be so careless?
Angrey: bhai nothing will happen to Riddhima. She is a very strong girl who has faced a lot of hurdles so she will be ok. And bhai you weren’t careless but the situation was bad. We never knew this will happen but it happened.
Vansh: but Riddhi is so important to me and you know why?
Angrey : yes bhai I know but if you become weak who will take care of her, there dadi is sick and Siya and Ishani is shocked. You are VR and you never show your weakness to anyone not even to your family so you can’t fall weak when you know Aryan can inform about this to the family. So come on you can’t give up as my boss was very strong.
(Aryan came after parking the car)
Aryan : bhai what did the doctor say?
Angrey: (understanding Vansh’s condition): don’t know Aryan but she is being treated.
Just then the doctor came out and she said;
Doc: Mr VR actually we need the medicine quick
Aryan : yes give me the description
Angrey: but aryan be quick and doctor give him the prescription
Aryan: ok angrey
The doctor gave him the prescription and he left to buy the medicines
Vansh: doctor what has happened to Riddhima ? pls tell me.
Doctor: actually sir we detected some food poisoning symptoms so we sent blood samples to the lab to be sure of her disease. She is in a critical situation if she doesn’t get up in another 30 minutes we can’t assure her survival. I am sorry but we did what we can
Vansh: how can you be so sure about it? She is a fighter and she will defeat it ! (shouting with tears flowing)
People were looking at him with shocked looks as they were dying to see VR but they never thought he could be emotional and they were whispering and were curious to know who that girl is?
Vansh went to see Riddhima but he was hurt to see her attached with so many machines. The girl he could do anything to bring a smile on her face now she is unconscious with a pale face and is attached with so many machines.
Vansh: Kyu aksar chhod kr chle jate hai log
Aakhno se ashq bnkr chhlak aate hai log
Jb sath hi nhi rhna tha toh pass kyu aye
Kyu meri zindagi me itna khas bnkr aye
[translation- why people often leave?Why they came from eyes in the form of tears?
Why did you come when you had to leave?Why did you came in my life being so special?
Vansh: Riddhima you are my sweetheart, childhood bestfriend, my partner-in-crime,my protector,my strength too. Pls Riddhima get up. You have to for me and for our friendship. Pls Riddhi you can’t leave me. After,my mom you are the most important person in my life and the only person who I trust blindly.
He sits there crying and then he remembers Dadi’s words.
~Flashback starts~,
In grade 9 , Riddhima fell down the staircase after being pushed by Vansh’s competitor Vyom, which made riddhima lose a lot of blood and made her in a critical state. Vansh was very angry as someone tried to hurt his sweetheart. He injured Vyom and fractured his arms so that he couldn’t lift his hands for 2 whole weeks. When Riddhima was in critical state, dadi came ;
Dadi: if you ask something wholeheartedly from god then god will surely give it to you.
Vansh: you know dadi I don’t trust in god and I trust myself.
Dadi: I know that but the person who is in the critical state believes in god so for her you can do this right?
After thinking deeply,
Vansh: anything for her. I can even bend down infront of anyone for her!
Saying so he went and prayed for Riddhima. He then bent down in front of the idol and prayed wholeheartedly for the first time after the death of his mom. As soon as he finished the prayer Riddhima woke up, which did regain his trust again in god.
Dadi: first Riddhima changed you back and now she made him a great person again. We are lucky to have Riddhima
Riansh smiled
~Flashback ends…..~
He ran to the temple of the hospital and lit a lamp [diya] then started praying;
Vansh : Wo meri kamzori bhi hai wo meri taakat bhi hai
Wo mere dil ki bechaini or sukun ki raahat bhi hai..
Tum use mujh se chhin lo ye ho nhi skta
Me use itni jldi kho nhi skta
[TRANSLATION- she is my strength she is my weakness.She is my restlessness she is my contentment
U can’t snatch her from me and i can’t lose her]
He was burning his hand as the lamp was in his palm while he was praying;
He was remembering Riddhima’s smile and everything about her.
