Gauri : I am not ready for this alliance. Please forgive me.
Jhanvi ; What’s going on here , Omkara ?
Omkara : Maa, please let me talk with Gauri
Tej : Okay
Om takes Gauri to a house . He locks the door from inside.
Omkara : What’s wrong with you ? At your willingness only I called my parents here to fix our wedding,
Gauri : My willingness ? Did you ever asked me about it .
Omkara : Oh Really !! Then what’s this ? You wrote this poetry for me only naa ?
Gauri’s eyes went teary
Gauri : I am so sorry, Om. But this is definitely not for you. I wrote it for the one who is my heart.
Omkara : Who is he ?
Gauri : He is with you and that’s why I always came to see you , I offered this home to you ,because I can see him.
Omkara ; But I am living alone in this home.
Gauri : No , his soul is with you Om.
Omkara ; What ?
Gauri : I am telling truth . He is living with you. But you can’t see him.
Omkara ; You are making me mad. Kahin tum kisi ghost kee baat toh nahi kee ?
Gauri : Don’t dare to call him as Ghost. He is my heart beat and it’s in you.
Gauri keeps her hand on Om’s neck. Om feels confused
Omkara : Gauri I don’t understand about what you are saying. But my heart beats for you. It’s true.
Gauri : I know Om, I know it when we first meet.
They recalled their first meeting and incidents happened in their lives.
Gauri was in bridal attire she was running from her wedding as the marriage was happening without her consent
Gauri collides with Omkara
They share an intense eyelock…..Saathiya plays
Meanwhile some goons came there to attack Gauri.
Omkara : Aap theek hein
Gauri : Ji
Omkara : Aap bilkul dariye mat, Mein aapke saath hoon.
Gauri : Ji
Om fights with those goons and saves Gauri.
Omkara : I will drop you at your home.
Gauri : No thanks.
Gauri turned to walk, but due to tiredness and hot weather she wasn’t able to go long. She was almost at a state to faint. But Om suddenly picked her in his arms.
Gauri : Iam fine, please let me down.
Omkara : You are not all fine, your health is much weak. Please don’t be adamant. I will drop you at your home. You may please eat something there and take rest.
Next day at Village Office
Gauri arrives there to see Omkara
Omkara : Aap phir se ? Any problem ? How is your health ?
Gauri : I am fine Sir. Thanks a lot for saving me. Those goons kidnapped me as they want me to marry their boss who is a criminal. I was trying to escape from there .
Omkara : Why don’t you complaint in police ?
Gauri : Iss gaon mein Kaali thakur ke khilaf koi khada nahi sakta. Police wale bhi uss se darte hein.
Omkara : I don’t understand why our Law and Order favours these type of people ?
Gauri : He bribed so many officers, and some honest officers who questioned him are not alive now.
Omkara : What ?
Gauri : I told you this because as you have took charge as the village officer he might be arriving to see you and will try to bribe you also. I know you will never support a criminal as I witnessed truth in your eyes . But I am giving you a warning that you should be alert.
Omkara : Thanks for informing me.
Om smiles
Gauri : Sir why are you smiling ?
Omkara : I was just thinking about developing a friendship with some people of this village as I am new here. But I got a well wisher by god’s grace. By the way how you came to know that I am the new village officer here ?
Gauri : From my Paapa
Omkara ; Your Paapa ?
Gauri : Ji, he is working as clerk in this office. His name is Hitesh Sharma.
Omkara : I see.
Scene shifts to Gauri’s home
Hitesh : Aapko yahan kaa khaana kaisa laga ?
Omkara : It’s so good Sharma ji. I liked everything here, I mean this village, atmosphere, yahan ke log sab acche hein.
Hitesh : Mmh..Beta , sorry beta bula sakta hoon naa ?
Omkara : Of course, Aap bula sakte hein
Hitesh : Have you made any arrangement for staying ?
Omkara : I need a home for rent. Just a small home.
Hitesh : Beta , ho jaayega
Gauri ; Paapa , At the end tunnel road there is a home. No one is staying there.
Hitesh : Arren haan , Gauri accha hua tumne yaad dilayi
Omkara : Gauri
Gauri ; That’s my name.
Omkara : And I am Omkara
They share an eyelock
After a week at Om’s house
Gauri arrives Om during an after noon assuming that Om was not there. Mean while Om was standing at balcony sees Gauri. Om comes down to see her. Through the window Om sees Gauri was entering inside home without knocking calling bell.
Gauri : Omkaraji hasn’t locked house. Chalo accha hein , but why he is such a fool ? When he goes office he had to lock his home naa ? Thief can enter any time. Mujhe kya hein ? Jiss kaam ke liye aayi hoon, wahi toh karna hein.
Om overhears her and follows her .
Gauri goes to Om’s room . She looks the wall pic of Omkara and smiles
Gauri : Iss bike ke aage kitne cute dikh rahe ho ? Happy birthday
Gauri places the cake near the pic. Om gets surprised.
Omkara : Who told her about it ? Even I didn’t told this to Sharma ji,but how ?
Gauri : Lo I am eating half of the cake and rest will be at your face
Omkara : Gauri
Gauri turned back in excitement and quickly she applied the creamy cake on Om’s face and smiled
Omkara ; What’s this ?
Gauri suddenly realised what she did. She turned against Om
Gauri : Woh mein
Om wiped his face
Omkara ; Gauri, why you came here and who told you about my birthday /
Gauri : I know it.
Omkara : That’s what I am asking , how ?
Gauri : I know, kaha naa
Gauri : I need to leave
Om holds her hand
Omkara : You have to tell me why you came here and what’s the meaning of all these things ?
Gauri : My eyes will always search you , your heart is mine
Omkara : What ?
Om gets shocked.
