Rupali Ganguly’s Heartwarming Reunion with Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai Cast Celebrates 20 Years of Iconic Show

Rupali Ganguly, who has won the hearts of many with her outstanding performance in Anupamaa, continues to balance her busy shooting schedule with cherished moments spent with family and friends. Recently, Rupali delighted fans by reuniting with the beloved cast of her previous show, Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai. She shared a heartwarming video of the gathering, featuring co-stars Ratna Pathak, Rajesh Kumar, Satish Shah, and others, offering a glimpse into their joyful reunion.

On her official Instagram handle, Rupali posted a video where she excitedly says, “Hi guys, hello. I have a surprise. Aawazein aa rahi hai peeche se (Can you hear the noise in the background?). So, I’m sure you must have guessed what’s going on. Yeah, it is a reunion again.” The camera then pans to show Satish Shah and JD Majethia, adding to the nostalgic moment.

When Rupali brings Ratna Pathak into the frame, she affectionately refers to the seasoned actress as ‘anti-social media’ due to her absence from social platforms. The video also features Deven Bhojani, Rajesh Kumar, Sumeet Raghavan, and other cast members of the show, all celebrating their long-standing friendship. Rupali proudly mentioned that Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai has now reached its 20-year milestone, captioning the video with a simple yet heartfelt “Sarabhais” accompanied by a heart emoji.

For those who might not be familiar, Rupali Ganguly played the role of Monisha, the middle-class daughter-in-law of Satish Shah and Ratna Pathak’s characters in the show. Her on-screen interactions with her mother-in-law, Maya (played by Ratna), were among the most memorable highlights of the series. Created by J.D. Majethia and directed by Deven Bhojani, Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai spanned two seasons and remains a cult favorite. The cast continues to maintain their close bond through regular reunions, much to the delight of their fans.
