I really can’t believe that I’m able to make it up in d first update itself. thanks to u guys, u r my inspiration. Keep supporting me like this in future too. So without wasting time m going to update d Part 2 of my FF. hope u all r going to like it.
After a while when Ragini came back from Washroom she saw that Sanskar has already changed in his vest and Tracks and was off to bed facing his back to her. She noticed that he didn’t covered himself with Blanket and was sleeping without it.
“May be he’s too tired and has slept without covering himself. What if he catches cold?” She thought getting worried thinking that he has slept but least she knows that he was not sleeping at all. How can anyone sleep so peacefully after having such a change in his life.
“Can I cover him? But what if he don’t like it? I mean if he thinks that I’m caring for him In spite of him telling that we don’t have to pretend this relationship in this room. But he’s sleeping so basically he won’t be able to know anything” she thought and after fighting a lot with her inner self she decided to move ahead.
Sanskar felt her coming near him and got confused as why is she coming over here
“Does she need anything? May be, After all dis place is new to her. I just lay without thinking that might be she needs something. What if she need something and feeling awkward to ask me? I think I should ask her” he thought and was about to turn to her side when he felt something over him. He instantly closed his eyes so that she won’t be able to know that he’s awake and felt that she’s covering him from blanket
He held his breath as her fingers brushed slightly on his bare shoulders while putting blanket on him. At the same time Ragini too felt a strange sensation in her veins as her skin came in contact of his bare skin but she immediately shrug off that thought
“Good Night” she whispered ever so softly not wanting him to listen and goes towards couch.
Sanskar slightly raised his head when he felt her and saw her setting her bed on the couch and then laying on it.
“Good night” he whispered and then went to sleep.

It was past midnight when Sanskar turned to other side and unknowingly he placed his arm on the object beside him or rather say a person. Unknowingly he tightens his grip around it but soon reality struck him and he jerked his eyes open only to find Ragini sleeping beside him. He instantly gets up in a sitting position and frowned thinking what is she doing here.
Ragini too get ups instantly due to sudden movement as she was not in deep sleep and when Sanskar placed his Arm on her she was awake then only but she didn’t moved his arm because she thought that he was in deep sleep but when she felt him getting up so she too instantly gets up.
“wo… Sorry I was not knowing that u r sleeping beside me.” Sanskar said while looking other side
“No Pls u don’t say Sorry. It was not ur mistake” said Ragini while looking down and Sanskar looked at her questioningly.
Ragini: wo Actually I was sleeping at couch only but suddenly I started feeling cold over there. I covered myself with the blanket tightly but it didn’t helped. I increased the temp. also to reduce coldness But then I saw that u were getting uncomfortable in sleep so I again slow down the Temp and thought of sleeping at the other side of bed. Believe me I was sleeping at far corner only but don’t know how landed up in sleeping close to u.
She said last sentence slowly almost telling to herself but Sanskar understand her dilemma. He cursed himself for being careless when he knows that she’s sensitive towards Cold. Swara once told him about this and it just slipped off from his mind.
“And swara expected that I’ll take care of her for whole of my life” He thought feeling guilty and looked at her
Sanskar: it’s ok. It’s not Ur fault. I forgot that u r sensitive towards cold. U sleep on the bed only as the effect of AC is low over here and I’ll sleep on d couch.
Ragini: But…..
Sanskar: Ragini, no more arguments nw. u will sleep on the bed only.
By saying dis he gets up from the Bed and moves towards the Couch. Before Ragini can stop him she saw him adjusting the AC temp and then lying down at couch. She sighed and once again looked at him before going to sleep.

It’s been 1/2 an hour since Ragini is shifted on Bed but still she was unable to sleep. She was continuously tossing and turning on bed but Sleep was far away from her eyes. Finally she gets up and looked at Sanskar and realizes that he’s sleeping. She sighed and rests her head at the bed post. She still couldn’t believe that her life has changed all of a sudden. It seems like it was just yesterday when Swara has introduced Sanskar to all of them and told everyone that they both r in Love and today she is at the place where her di is supposed to be.
She still remembers the day when Swara has brought Sanskar home for the very first time.
**********~~~~~~~~~~~~Flashback~~~~~~~~~~~~~**********
Swara has not told anything to Ragini yet as she wants to give her a surprise. When Ragini came back from college she saw someone sitting on the couch talking to her Bade papa facing his back to her. She frowned thinking who it can be.
“Badi Maa ne to nahi bataya tha that Today any guest r arriving, then who it is?” she thought standing near the Door when her Bade Papa saw her lost in her own thoughts.
“Arey Ragini tum aa gayi. I was waiting for u only” her Bade Papa said bringing her out from her thoughts. She smiled brightly and quickly runs towards her Bade Papa and gives him a tight hug.
Bade Papa: So how was my Bacha’s day today?
“Very Good, no Excellent. U know what happen today? Yash has played prank on Prof Mishra. He makes a prank call and said that he’s going to expose him in front of his wife for having an illicit affair with his colleague and Mishra Sir’s face was worth watching. It seems like someone has caught him Red handed. U know how much hard it was for us to control our laugh. And after that………” and she keeps on blabbering forgetting that there’s someone else is also present in the room who was looking at her like she was an alien.
“How can anyone talk so much that too without taking a breath” he thought shaking his head in disbelief.
Just then Ragini’s Badi Maa came in the living room along with swara and saw Ragini sitting beside her Bade Papa hugging him sideways and was busy as usual in telling her whole day’s activities forgetting that there’s a world around her
“This Girl and her childhood habit; both can never change” Badi Maa muttered under her breath which didn’t go unheard by Swara
“Ragini tu to aaj gayi” swara thought feeling worried for Ragini.. But before she could do something she saw her mother goes towards the couch where everyone was sitting
“Ragini” she called her in a stern voice diverting Ragini’s attention towards herself
“Badi Maa” she said cheerfully and hugged her tight making her melt instantly but she maintained her straight composure
Badi Maa: ragini, when will u learn that u r no more a kid to behave like this.
“Sorry Badi Maa” she said making a baby face trying to melt her angry Badi Maa but guess this time it’s not working
Badi Maa: Ragini, stop this old trick of yours. It won’t work this time
Ragini: But Badi Maa….
“Acha u both can do ur Pacify session later also, but first let Ragini introduce to the special guest who’s here” her Bade Papa intervened in between stopping the scolding and pacify session between mother and Daughter. Ragini turned to look at him and he winks at her slowly making sure his wife don’t notice it.
Bade Papa: Ragini come here beta. Let me introduce to the special guest this evening.
Ragini instantly goes towards him and sat beside him hugging him sideways.
Bade Papa: Sanskar, this my Ragini; Swara’s younger sister and beta this Sanskar; Swara’s……
“Bade Papa u haven’t told me that we had hired new security system for Di.” She said in between without letting him complete his sentence. Sanskar has almost spilled out the coffee that he was having when he listened to what Ragini has said while Swara slapped her forehead in disbelief.
Bade Papa: Ragini beta…….
Ragini (intervenes): Ek Min. Bade Papa. Let me handle this. (to Maan) Listen Mr. Sanskar my Di is an officer in Indian air force so I need best security system to guard her. Aap to jante hi honge that how much danger is there in an Air Force Officer’s life so I don’t want any kind of loopholes in ur system like the one the previous one had. Got it!
“Ragini ye tu kya bol rahi hai” Swarasaid while holding her arm to stop her saying further but who can stop Ragini especially then when it comes to her family
“Di, I said Na let me handle this. so Mr. Sanskar I think u understand well what I wanted to say. And ya one more thing I don’t want any bodyguard for me. U know I’m very much capable of guarding myself but ya I want best Bodyguards for my Di as her safety matters to me most. Waise, u r also not bad. Y don’t u become my Di’s bodyguard. I mean it would be good if u yourself look into this matter.” She said innocently while examining Sanskar from top to Bottom.
Sanskar: But I….
“Don’t worry we’ll pay u suitable amount of salary which would be suitable to you” she said while trying to clear all his doubts
Sanskar was just looking at her dumbfounded not knowing what should he say to this girl. Here he has come introduce himself as Swara’s love interest and she’s giving him d job of Swara’s Bodyguard. He chuckled inwardly at her thoughts.
“No wonder Swara always remain worried for her. She’s indeed an antique piece” he thought while trying his best to not to laugh.
“Ragini enough. Do u have any idea about what u r talking” Her Badi Maa said in a stern voice before she makes any more blunders.
Ragini: ya Badi Maa. And don’t worry dis time nothing will go wrong. Right Bade Papa.
Bade Papa: Ragini beta atleast listen to me first once; hhmmm.
She nodded slowly and looked at her Bade Papa to continue
“Beta I was saying that he’s Sanskar; Swara’s Love interest with whom she wanted to marry and not her bodyguard ok” he said while laughing slightly on the last word.
It took Ragini few mins to register what she had just listened. Did she heard it correct? He was Swara’s Love interest? But how come She has not told anything to her yet? She looked at Swara who was looking down; blushing and worried at the same time. Blushing due to introduce Sanskar as her Love interest and worried due to Ragini’s reaction now as she knows that Ragini will feel hurt becoz she haven’t shared dis thing with her.
“Di’s Love interest; Di wanted to marry him. that means Di Loves him” she said while still not believing the fact.
Badi Maa: Ya beta. Swasan wants to marry each other so she thought of introducing him to all of us. And for ur Information Sanskar doesn’t have any security agency in fact he’s a big name in the business world. Isiliye kehti hoon ki films chod ke News dekha kar.
But Ragini was not registering any word of her. Her mind was just on the thought that her Di was in Love and she didn’t find it important to share dis with her. She looks at Sanskar who was looking at her smiling trying to know her reaction. She can’t take this anymore. She instantly gets up from the couch making everyone tensed.
“Itni badi baat and none of u find it important to tell me” she said rather in a hurted voice making swara feeling guilty.
“Geet it’s not like that beta. We too come to know about it in the morning only” her Badi Maa said in order to calm her
“Morning Badi Maa; and its evening now still none of u told me about Di’s alliance yet. Now don’t tell that u guys didn’t get time to tell me. Fact is that u all didn’t find me important enough to let me know” she said while trying her best to hold back her tears
Bade Papa: Ragini, its nothing like that Beta. U r important to us
Ragini: Let it be Bade Papa, if it was like that then u all must have told me about all this. but what should I say to u all when my Di doesn’t find it necessary enough to tell me anything.
She said and looked at Swara with teary eyes and storms towards her room leaving everyone behind dumfounded. Sanskar was mute spectator of all dis. he wanted to stop Ragini when she was going but he don’t want to interfere in their family matter.
Swara gives Sanskar I-Told-U-Before look to which he assured her by blinking his eyes.
******~~~~~~~Back to Present~~~~~~~~******
Sanskar opened his eyes instantly as he remembered his first meeting with Ragini. Unknowingly a smile crept on his face remembering her innocence. He still can’t believe that Ragini had actually called him a bodyguard. Sanskar Maheshwari, a big name in business World in front of whom people fear to even stand; he has been offered the job of bodyguard. Only Ragini can do this wonder. He had always listened stories of her from Swara but that day he himself had witnessed that day the extent of her innocence.
He turned to loom towards her and found her in a sitting position resting her head on the bed post with her eyes closed. He thought that may be she’s unable to sleep due to change in place but then he noticed a slight smile on her face and realizes that may be she too remembering that moment.
He turned his head back and closed his eyes again trying to sleep. But sleep was far away from his eyes. He still can’t forget the day when he met Ragini for the very first time. At that time he haven’t thought even in his wildest dream that one day circumstances would force him to marry her. There’s a lot of transformation in Ragini since that day. The girl who never think twice before speaking anything had now taken such a big decision of her life without thinking about herself once. But when did she think of anything else when something is concerned with Swara. That day also he was hell mad at her but somewhere in her heart she was not at all angry on Swara. It was just that she felt hurted when swara hides such a big thing from her.
He still remembers how much time it took them to pacify her.
**********~~~~~~~~~~~~Flashback~~~~~~~~~~~~~**********
Ragini was sitting on her bed sulking. She never felt this much hurt before like she felt today. She always felt herself as a part of this family. She had never seen her parents and she didn’t even missed them also as for her, her family is her Bade Papa, her Badi Maa and her Di for whom she can even die also without thinking twice. And Swara she was her life and they both shared each and everything wid each other since childhood and today she has taken such a big decision of her life and haven’t found it necessary to tell her even once.
A lone tear escaped from her eyes realizing that her own sister has hide this fact from her. Swara slowly entered in her room only to find her crying silently. She felt bad seeing her baby sister crying like this but she knows that she won’t be angry with her for long. She goes and sits near Ragini and Ragini saw her sitting beside her and she quickly turned her face to other side not wanting to look at her.
Swara: Ragu, Sweetie listen to me
But she didn’t turned and keeps on looking other way
Swara: I’m sorry sweetheart.. See m holding my ears now
She said while literally holding her ears. Ragini looked at her from the corner of her eyes and she started getting melt seeing her like dat.
“No Ragini, remember u r angry with Di” she reminds herself in her mind
Swara: I’m so sorry mishti. Trust me I wanted to tell u but…….
“But u didn’t find it important. Everyone in the home knows about U and Ur love and it was only me who was left out. Oh! Y would u tell me. After all who I’m? I’m just Ur cousin sister who stays with u all because her parents are no more and she is living with u all considering all of u as her own family. If there’s ur Real sister on my place then u wouldn’t have hide this fact from her” Ragini said with tears in her eyes unknowingly hurting swara.
“Mishty, I said I am sorry. I know I hurt u by not telling u anything but pls don’t say like this. u r more than a Sister to me. I Love you more than anything sweetie” Swara said while chocking in tears. Ragini felt bad seeing her Di in tears that too because of her. No matter how much angry she was on her but still she can’t see her in tears. But at that time she don’t know how will she make her feel better when she herself was feeling so low.
Swara looked at Sanskar who was standing near the door helplessly. Sanskar gestures her to calm down and he came inside the room and gestures Swara to move aside while he sits next to Ragini. Ragini looked him from the corner of her eyes but decided to ignore him
“Hi Ragini! I’m Sanskar” he said with a charming smile on his face.
“I know it already” Ragini said while looking other side.
Sanskar: o ya! Uncle has already introduced us. Ummm Chocolate?
He said while extending chocolate towards her.
“I’m not a kid that u r pampering me like this” Ragini said in anger finally looking towards him. Sanskar noticed the amount of anger in her big hazel eyes but along with that there was pain and sadness too. He wonders how can anyone’s eyes be so expressive that it shows each and every emotion that was there in her heart
Sanskar: ya ofcourse u r not a kid but Swara told me that u like chocolates so I brought it specially for u. Please
He said while extending chocolate once again. Ragini reluctantly takes it but still didn’t talked to him. Sanskar shakes his head and smiles on her childishness
Sanskar: Ragini, I know u r angry and hona bhi chahiye. If I was there in ur place then may be I would react like that too. But Ragini, for once just once try to know the fact why Swara didn’t told u anything with whom she shares her smallest secret.
He said with such an influence that Ragini forced to listen to him. Sanskar patted himself mentally on his small victory
Sanskar: Ragini, I know the warmth of the relation between u and Swara and trust me as soon as she accepted my proposal then u r the first person whom Swara wanted to tell about this but it was me who stopped her from telling all this.
Ragini: You? But why?
Sanskar: Because I wanted to let u all know about all this when after I talked to my family personally regarding this. I feared that if Uncle and Aunty came to know about all dis and by chance my family didn’t approve for this relationship then it may create tension between two families. Therefore I asked her not to tell even to u as I thought may be u can tell all this to them.
He said last sentence slowly and Ragini looked up at him angrily. What does he think that she can’t keep any secret to herself, she thought. Sanskar easily understand what was going in her mind, thanks to her expressive eyes
Sanskar: No I didn’t mean to offend u. it was just I was not sure of Ur reaction.
He said quickly before Ragini starts another round of her sulking. After he sees that Ragini is getting calm he continued further
“Raini, swara was not at all ready for hiding this fact from u but it was me who pester her so much that she has to hide this only. In fact she has put on the condition also in front of me that she’ll be agree to this marriage only then when u will approve me otherwise she won’t. No matter what elders decide but for her Ur decision is most important.” He said while smiling, expecting Ragini to understand d fact. Ragini looked at swara who was standing aside with a sad face and she assured her that Sanskar was right. Ragini felt guilty for hurting her sister so much though unknowingly but she hurt her so much. She quickly rushes towards her and hugs her tight
“I’m so sorry Di. I hurt u so much. God knows what came over me and I said those words to u. but trust me I didn’t mean it. it was just I was angry and said all this” she said while sobbing in her embrace
“It’s ok Sweetie I know my Mishty can never hurt me intentionally. Chal now forget everything else and smile nw.” Swara said while wiping away her tears.
Sanskar was standing aside looking at the loving bond between two sisters. He wonders how will be they able to stay away from each other after marriage. Well, that’s the matter that can be considered later on first he needs to make the atmosphere little light.
Sanskar: Agar tum dono ka ye re-union khatam ho gaya ho then pls don’t forget that I’m also present in the room.
He said and both the sisters came out from there emotional trip and looked at Sanskar.
“So Ragini now if u think that I’m a good choice for ur sister then pls approve me for her.” Sanskar said rather in a pleading way making Ragini and swara smile widely.
Ragini comes near and scanned him from top to Bottom while taking rounds around him.
“Hhmmm Dekhne me to thik-thak ho” she said while Sanskar knotted his brows at her statement. Here girls drool over him and she just find him ok-ok types. Ragini quickly sensed what was going in his mind so she quickly correct herself
“I mean good, u look good. Badi Maa said that u had a big name in business world too. But I’ve few question..
“Sure Ma’am ask whatever u want. Sanskar Maheshwari is always ready to answer any questions” he said with a Pride which didn’t go unnoticed by Ragini
“Attitude huh, let’s see. So my first question is do u Smoke”
“No”
“Good. Do u drink?”
“Sometimes, I mean when I’m in a party and all” he said confidently
“U have to quit Drinking. Because both me and Di hate drinkers and smokers so if u wanted to marry Di then u have to quit Drinking” she said while raising her head high.
“Ok Ma’am as u say.” sanskar said while amusing that just a girl is ordering something to Sanskar Maheshwari who himself give orders to others.
“Hhmmm. Was there any other girl in Ur life apart from my Di ever”
“Nope, never, neither there will be in future”
“Good and my final question in fact it’s not a question it’s a kind of commitment”
“And whats thaat” Sanskar asked thinking as if now what else left
“U have to promise me that u will always take care of my Di. U will always fulfill her each and every wish and ya will never ever yell at her. No matter whosever mistake it will be but u will always bend in front of my Di. U will never let her cry. Can u promise me this” She said all of a sudden getting emotional
“I Promise u Ragini, that I’ll always take care of ur Di and will never ever yell at her. u don’t have to worry for her until she’s with me. This is my Promise. Sanskar Maheshwari’s Promise.” He said the last line proudly
Ragini: hhmmm then Mr.Sanskar Maheshwari I Ragini Mehra approves u as a suitable match for my Di. U r the one with whom my Di is “Destinied to be”
As soon as she completed her sentence, Swara comes and hug Ragini expressing her happiness
Swara: Oh Ragini I Love you so much. Thank u so much sweetie. I can’t tell u how much happy I’m to see that u approved Sanskar.
Ragini: Anything for u Di. I know that he’ll always keep u happy. Right Jiju!
Sanskar: ofcourse Sali sahiba! I’ll always keep her happy.
He said and they formed a group hug celebrating the joy and happiness on their new relationship. Outside the room Swara’’s parents were witnessing the whole scene with tears of happiness in her eyes seeing their children so happy and praying to god that this happiness remains forever in their lives and nothing can go wrong with them. but least they know that the storm is yet to come in their lives which r going to change their lives forever.
