Sarika wakes up Suhani from sleep. Suhani shouts why she is disturbing like Gehna. Sarika asks her to share her experience when she got pregnant for the first time. Suhani gets happy thinking Sarika is pregnant and congratulates her. Sarika says Gehna is feeling dizzy, so its possible that she is pregnant. She taunts Suhani that she will get busy taking care of the child and Gehna will romance with Surya. Suhani imagines trying to pacify a crying baby and panics.
During breakfast, Gehna asks for a pickle. Suhani tells Sarika that her doubt seems to be right. Gehna enjoys pickle. Shreya asks Suhani if she should serve her paratha and pickle. Sarika asks why would mom get pregnant as it has been years since dad passed away. Suhani frowns at her while Gehna walks away coughing.
Gahna travels in an auto. Suhani follows her. Gehna notices her in auto’s mirror. Shreya calls her. Gehna asks why Suhani is following her. Shreya laughs and informs that Suhani and Sarika think she is pregnant and asks her to make use of the opportunity. Suhani’s lawyer calls her and informs that Gehna and Surya’s divorce court hearing is after 5 days. Gehna reaches a hospital. Suhani follows her and watches her hiding. Agastya calls Gehna and informs her that her divorce hearing is after 5 days. She says now divorce will not happen and walks in. Suhani tries to follow her inside the hospital and stamps her foot to the stairs. Gehna then buys medicine from the pharmacy and acts dizzy. Staff makes her sit. She then asks pharmacist that her phone battery is draining and if any of her family member comes there asking for her, he should inform her that she is in gynec’s office.
Suhani questions pharmacist who informs her that Gehna went to gynec department and gives her Gehna’s prescription slip. She recalls taking the pills during her pregnancy and panics thinking Gehna cannot be pregnant. Sarika calls her and asks her to reach home as there is a bad news waiting for her. At home, Daada and Daadi redecorate house for the guest’s arrival and discuss that the guest is a terror and only she can maintain peace at their house. Suhani returns home and asks if its true that the guest is coming. Daada says yes. Suhani collapses in tension. Daadi splashes water on her. Suhani wakes up and asks when is the guest coming. Daada says after 2 days. Suhani panics more and says she needs to take out stuff from the trunk and decorate the house within 2 days.
Gehna enjoys tamarind and asks Shreya to give her more tamarind. Shreya asks her to speak low or else someone will hear that. Gehna gets emotional and hopes she really gets pregnant soon. Shreya prays for her. Gehna imagines Surya taking care of the baby and helping her. Out of the imagination, she gets sad saying their marriage itself is at risk. Shreya comforts her that she need not worry when the god is with her.
Suhani gets stuff out of trunk gifted by the guest Kaddu bua and asks Sarika to keep them at their usual places. GEhna walks in and asks Suhani to give her baby socks for reference and taunts her that she would be a nice daadi and her child would be lucky to have a clever daadi. Suhani fumes and refuses to give her socks. Gehna picks socks from cupboard and taunts Suhani again.
