Gehna forcefully takes baby socks from Suhani’s room and runs away taunting her. Sarika asks her to do something before Gehna starts controlling Surya by knitting baby socks in front of him. Suhani says she will not let that happen. She visits Surya with his favorite food and emotionally blackmails him that if he doesn’t divorce Gehna, she fears he will separate from his mother. Surya says a mother’s place is always higher than a wife’s place and promises that he will never leave her at any cost. Suhani says she fears that he will be emotionally blackmailed in court and forced to drop the divorce case. Surya assures that Gehna will never come between mother and son. Suhani acts as pampering him.

At dinner table, Gehna knits socks. Daadi asks if they are

becoming great grandparents again. Gehna says its for her friend’s baby. She gets up and slips over the thread. Surya holds her. Their eyes lock. Serial’s title track plays in the background. Suhani signals Sarika. Sarika frees Gehna and Surya’s foots and alerts them. Daadi asks Gehna what will she answer kaddu bua/aunty when she questions about the grandchild. Daada says kaddu bua has only 2 hobbies, giving gifts and seeing her family lineage growing; asks Surya and Gehna to be ready to answer kaddu bua. Daadi reminds not to let kaddu bua know that they are getting divorced or else there will be a big storm at home. Suhani gets tensed and thinks she didn’t think about it.

Suhani calls her sister Shakuntala and panics when she doesn’t pick call. Sarika asks her to stop disturbing her sleep. Suhani says she cannot handle Kaddu bua alone. Shakuntala calls her back. Suhani asks her to come there soon to show her conspiracies. Sarika asks who is coming now. Suhani says Shakuntala is coming who has a shakuni’s conspiring brain and only she can defeat Kaddu bua.

Next morning, Gehna waters flower plants and looking at the rose flowers recalls Surya’s love for her remarriage and an incident where she demands rose from him and he gets into trouble while getting it. She smiles. Surya walks to her and asks why she is smiling. She reminds him about the incident and asks when he used to love her so much, then why he wants to divorce her. Surya requests her to agree for mutual divorce or else she may face humiliating questions that she won’t be able to tolerate. Gehna asks if everything will end so easily by just singing a piece of paper, what about the feelings he had for her. She says she has faced many troubles before and let her see what else she will face more, says he needs divorce and not her and hence she will shout in the court till her last breath that she will not divorce him and he will not stop getting manipulated by Suhani. Surya warns her not to speak a word against his mother as he can sacrifice his life for his mother. She walks away tear eyed. He hopes he could have changed her fate and written flowers in her fate, hopes she hugs him tightly once and set everything right.

Suhani with Sarika spies on them. Sarika says she feels Gehna has informed Surya about her pregnancy. Suhani asks her to stop talking inauspicious always. Sarika says she is just alerting her. Agastya calls Gehna and chats with her. Gehna feels good talking to him. He informs her about her court hearing in 3 days and says they can stop the divorce if she gets proof against her her step MIL. Gehna thanks him for calling and disconnects call.

Precap: Suhani hides a knife under flowers on the floor and waits for Gehna to step on it. Surya enters before Gehna could step on it.
Later, Suhani gets afraid seeing someone.
