Anant gets happy when Gehna recovers after being shot. He takes good care of her and they both get intimate and consummate their marriage. Mere Soniya Soniya Ve.. song plays in the background. One month later, Kanak orders Gehna to prepare undiyu/dish for 15 guests as she has a kitty party in the evening. Hema asks how will Gehna prepare so much food. Kanak says Gehna is a magician. Baa opposes and says Gehna hasn’t recovered well, hence they both should work instead. Gehna says she is fine, gets nauseous and rushes to her room. Baa scolds Kanak. Anant gets worried and calls doctor. Gehna says there is no need to call a doctor and shyingly says she knows her problem. He says she is a law student and not a medical student. Gehna shows her positive pregnancy kit. He gets happy hearing good news and hugs her. Kanak hears their conversation, gets jealous thinking she cannot waste her time with an alcoholic husband while Gehna bears a child and rule over Desai house, and thinks of aborting Gehna’s baby.

Anant makes Gehna rest on bed and says she should get a complete bed rest, asks how is she feeling after becoming a mother. She says she was incomplete before and now is complete with baby’s arrival. He excitedly plans baby’s bed, birthday celebration, taking care of baby, etc. She says he need not worry as there are still 9 months left for baby’s arrival and suggests him to give this good news to family. He says its their baby and hence they both should give good news. She shies and asks him to go. He asks how will he tell family that he is becoming a father. She says he was excited to take care of baby and support her. He agrees. He then walks to Baa and tells her that she should not work in kitchen and just play with her grandkids. Baa notices Gehna and sensing the situation acts and pulls his legs. He nervously tries to explain. Baa pulls Gehna to her and happily hugs her and Anant. Kanak stands jealous. Baa gifts her family bangle to Gehna and takes her to home temple. Hema says baa gave her bangle when she was pregnant, but didn’t give so much love, Kanak could have got bangle and love if she had given birth. Kanak angrily points knife towards her.

Baa gives Gehna a baby’s pic to fix on her room wall. Praful’s lawyer walks in and informs him that he won his 15-year-old bungalow case and he will get back his bungalow. Kanak dreams of taking over that bungalow. Baa and Bapuji rejoice and give credit to baby. Bapuji orders lawyer to transfer bungalow in Gehna and her baby’s name. Kanak says still there are 9 months for baby’s arrival, then why he is in a hurry. Bapuji orders lawyer again. Gehna goes to kitchen to get tea and snacks for lawyer. Baa walks in, calls Hema and informs that she and Kanak will work from today and Gehna will rest.

Anant continues pampering Gehna and takes good care of her. Gehna feels nervous seeing her bulging tummy. He says she looks beautiful always. She says she is dreaming their future. He says he wants to thank her for entering his life, making him a dad, and changing his world. She says she should be thankful to him instead and he will be a best dad. They both continue sharing their happiness. Kanak gets more jealous watching that.
