Anant gets worried for Gehna when she falls unconscious and takes care of her. Abhay’s mother says it has been a long time since Abhay left home and hence he should go before Abhay returns. Anant asks how can he leave Gehna in this condition. Priya says they will take care of Gehna. Gehna wakes up remembering meeting Anant again and gets emotional seeing him in front of her. She thanks Kanha ji for saving her Anant ji. He also gets emotional. Anant says if she remembers her husband, she should wear his mangalsutra. She says she needs to hide it from Abhay for sometime, so she will hide it. He agrees. Abhay’s mother blesses them.

Gehna asks how did she come here. He says he doesn’t know how she fell in this trap. Gehna says its her mistake and remembers

meeting Abhay when she had gone out with Anant, Abhay said he is the best gynecologist in town and assured that she can become a mother again, she hid the truth from him as she didn’t want to disappoint him again, she used to get treatment from Abhay silently and he used to give her hormonal pills which made her panic, he asked her to stay away from her husband until her treatment is on, Anant thought she is betraying him, but she was doing this for their baby and forgot everything because of treatment and became Abhay’s wife Kajal. Anant feels sorry for Gehna’s troubles and says he will set things right. Gehna says its not easy as Abhay is a hardcore criminal who ruined many lives, Priya is not Abhay’s real sister, mother not his real mother, Rohan is not his real son and he killed Rohan’s mother; Kajal is Abhay’s obsession and not real, he may kill even her and even his fake family and will repeat the story.

Anant says if he leaves them here, Abhay will torture them again, so he will bring police to rescue them. Gehna says police will not trust them without any proof. Mother says Gehna is right, Abhay is very dangerous and will trap Anant in his own game, they will lose hope if Anant goes, so he should think well and act. Gehna says Abhay is mentally sick, they will find evidence against him first and then take him to police. Anant says he will make Abhay reveal his truth. Mother says if Abhay does that, they will find out their real identity. Anant assures her and says Abhay’s reverse countdown has started.

At night, Gehna takes milk for Abhay. Abhay locks door from inside. Gehna gets tensed and asks what is he doing. He says he should question her this, what was she doing downstairs for so long. She says she was busy in kitchen, he should finish milk till she finishes her remaining work. He holds her and says she should pay attention to her husband. Gehna acts as coughing and rushes out in lieu of getting water and takes food for Anant. Abhay thinks of getting intimate with Kajal/Gehna and sprays room freshener in his room. He notices jug there and thinks jug is here only and goes to kitchen to give her jug, but doesn’t find her there. Gehna takes food for Anant in store room. Anant says these are his favorite dishes. Gehna says Abhay is angry on him and searching him. She feeds him food remembering their past, and they both get emotional. She says she will go now and will return once Abhay sleeps.

Precap: Abhay shows Gehna’s unconsumed medicines to her and asks why did he find them in cupboard. She gets afraid.
