Saath Nibhana Saathiya- Durga’s Destiny Season 1 Part 1

A year later after the events of Gopi’s Destiny…
Durga is doing pooja. She is still upset over the fact that she wasn’t Gopi’s daughter. She wasn’t a Modi and her husband and in laws don’t love her. Durga was beginning to think this was her fate. Mandira arrives. Mandira tune plays.
“ Oh this duffer is still here praying to her bagwan? Oh mayrani! Bagwan has had enough of your prayers!” Mandira says. Durga ignores her and goes upstairs.
In Sydney, a woman wearing a heavy green sari (Kamya Punjabi) is sat in her lounge. Her name was Nivedita Mehra. She calls someone. Mandira picks up.

“ Hello Mandira! My best friend!” Nivedita says.
“ Nivedita! How are you? Hows Australia? My grandson has gone there for a holiday with his friends.” Mandira says.
“ Its fab Mandira. Literally, I have so much fun here. I love it. And ooo whos your grandson?” Nivedita says.
“ His name is Karan. Youll see his pictures of Facebook. He is really handsome. He is married to Durga, she is from the Modi family.” Mandira says. “ How about your daughter Parvati?”
“ Paro? She has grown so much. We named her Parvati but everyone calls her Paro. She is at the beach now.” Nivedita says.

At Bondi beach, a girl is seen partying with her friends wearing a bikini. She is drinking beer and wine. Her name was Paro Mehra. Her face is shown (Leena Jumani).

A shirtless man comes from behind and kisses Paro by the neck. Paro turns around. The man is shown (Karan Sharma). Dramatic tune plays. Durga’s husband Karan was romancing with Paro.
“ I knew baby you would come all the way to Sydney to meet me. I missed you when I left India.” Paro says.
“ How could not miss you gorgeous?” Karan says. Karan kisses her on the cheek.
“ And that idiot wife of yours? Does she even know that you are here?” Paro says.
“ Of course not, but I promise that she will be thrown out of my house and you will become my wife.” Karan says.

“ I love you baby. I cant wait to be your wife.” Paro says. They have a liplock. Karan leaves and Paro puts up Durga’s picture on her phone. “ I don’t know who you are but you are coming between me and Karan. I will make sure that he is mine.” Paro laughs evilly. Vamp tune plays.
In India, Gopi receives a phone call that her biological daughter’s adoptive mother lives in Sydney.
