Saathiya…Companion Part1
I dedicate this FF to Piyali,Riana and Mansi who wanted me to wrote on RiKara.Special thanks to Piyali for giving me an idea to start writing this story.After part 7 I will bring my own surprise twists.
A beautiful girl was shown sleeping on the bed.
A lady came and opened the windows which let the sun rays fall on the girl’s face.
She murmured :Maa…why did you open the window?Let me sleep.
She:Sleep?It’s morning now.Very late.Now wake up.
Girl:No way.
She:Then see what I am going to do.
She sprinkled water on the girl’s face.She woke up:Maa…what did you do?
She giggled:Finally my Princess Gauri has woken up.
A smile appeared on Gauri’s face.
G:Maa..you are naughty…
She:My naughty Gauri’s mother has to be naughty.Right?
They both laughed.
Aye dil laaya hai bahaar
Apnon ka pyar, kya kehna
Gauri pulled her mother’s cheeks:My cute Maa.
Her mother smiled.
Milein hum chhalak utha
Khushi ka khumaar, Kya kehna
She is Avantika Sharma(Aashka Goradia).
Raja(Sartaj Gill) came with brush and paste:My sweety..brush your teeth.
Gauri:Bhaiyya…
Raja:Open your mouth.
She opened her mouth.
Raja brushed her teeth.
Khile khile chehron se aaj

Rani(Eisha Singh) who is Raja’s wife came:Tea ready.
Gauri:Bhabhi..thank you.
Rani made Gauri drink tea with her hands.

Then came Gauri’s father..Kaal Sharma(Chetan Hansraj).
Kaal:Hey Gauri..see what this is?Break fast for my princess.
Gauri:Papa..you too?
Kaal started feeding her food.

Milein hum chhalak utha
Khushi ka khumaar, kya kehna
They all had cute family moments tickly each other…chasing each other and enjoyed.
Khile khile chehron se aaj
Ghar hai mera
Gule gulzaar kya kehna(Kya kehna).
Suddenly Avantika became emotional and went to her room.Kaal followed her.
Kaal:What happened Avantika?
Avan:Kaal…we all love our Gauri so much.
Kaal:Of course yes.Gauri is our Princess.
Avan:But our Princess needs a Prince too.
Kaal:Ya..
Avan:She is ageing. But she is not getting married.I am worried.
Kaal:Avantika…when the right time comes her wedding will also take place.
Avan:But Gauri has to agree to get married.She won’t agree to get married unless the boy in her heart will get removed from there.
Kaal became dull.
Avan:He was just her school mate.But she thinks its true love.
Kaal:Age is not an issue in true love Avantika.And he studied with her from LKG till 10th std.So their friendship was very thick.Her love is true and that’s why till now she is not able to forget him.
Avan:Gauri is still waiting for him.But he may not even remember her.After school got over no idea about him.
Raja came:Maa…don’t get upset.Today evening is the reunion party of Gauri’s school mates.He may come.Let Gauri meet him.If he too feels the same for her Gauri’s wait will get over and as we all wish her wedding will happen.
Avan:What if he does’nt love her?Then what will be her condition?Our Gauri will be broken completely.The dream which she carried in her heart for years will be scattered.
All were upset.
Kaal:Avantika…what are you saying?Don’t be so pessimistic.
Avan:I am scared Kaal.What if he does’nt care for Gauri’s feelings?Our poor girl will be shattered.
Raja:But then if it happens even if Gauri gets hurt she will come out of illusion to reality.She may decide to accept the best guy chosen by you.
Kaal and Avantika were confused.
Gauri picked up her best dress and applied make up.
Rani:Gauri..you are looking beautiful.A real Princess.
Gauri:Thank you bhabhi.
Rani:But today you took more in dressing up.
Gauri:Ya.
Rani:Because he is coming.Right?
Gauri:You are right bhabhi.Today’s party is important for me as I am going to see him after many tears.The long awaited moment is coming.
Rani:I am sure that he will be lost in your beauty.
Gauri blushed.
Rani:You love him that much?
Gauri:Yes bhabhi.He is my first and last love.People may find my love childish.But for me my love for him is divine.
Rani thought:I hope Gauri’s love wins and she gets her love.
Gauri went for the reunion party.
The place was decorated beautifully.
She was surprised to see her best school buddies Sankalp(Aryamann Seth) and Sonia(Shalini Sahuta).Sankalp was holding Sonia’s hand and caressing it.
She ran towards them.
Gauri:Arre guys…
Sonia:Gauri?
Gauri:Yep..you recognized me.
Sankalp:You look the same.
Gauri:I too recognized you guys.You both look the same.
They all giggled and hugged.
Gauri:I saw you both in a different position.Are you both dating?
Sankalp and Sonia giggled:No.
Gauri:Don’t lie.I saw you both romancing.
Sankalp:Yes..we were romancing.
Sonia:But we are not lovers.
Gauri:Then?Are you both romancing for one day?So cheap.
Sonia kicked her shoulder:Stop it fool.We are husband and wife.
Gauri was surprised:Really?I can’t believe it.How did it happen?
Sankalp:We were together in school after 10th too.When we joined different college too we kept in touch with each other.Unknowingly we fell in love.
Sonia blushed:He proposed and we got married.
Gauri:What a surprise!I am really happy for both of you.
Sonia:You tell us.Are you married?
Gauri:No.
Sonia:Still unmarried?Why?
Gauri just smiled.
Gauri looked for her man.She did’nt find him.
Gauri:Where is he?
Sonia:Your best friend?He is not interested in parties now.
Sankalp:But we have forced him to come.Hope he will come.
Gauri became dull.
She said in her mind:Hope he will come.If he does’nt come…?Oh God..when will I be able to see him?My heart is craving to see him.
Suddenly a man entered the party hall.
Sankalp:He came.
Sonia:Thank God…he obeyed us.
Gauri’s face blossomed seeing him.
