The Episode starts with Nityam asking Sudha what she is doing and tells Judge that she is not his lawyer. He asks Saavi, where is Mr. Verma. Raksham asks if I can talk to my brother? He tells him something. Saavi looks on. Nityam’s bail plea is rejected and he is sent to the judicial custody. Saavi gets upset. Sonam, Raksham and then lawyer Sudha looks on. Saavi cries and thinks of Raksham’s assurance that Sudha Menon is the best. Raksham comes home. Saavi says this all happened due to you, Nityam has to stay in jail for one more day. Raksham says it was my mistake, I thought Bittu’s case can be handled only by the top lawyer. Saavi says Sudha Menon couldn’t get the bail done, and has changed the case. She says someone entered in this house, hid the money here, and trapped Nityam intentionally.

She asks if you didn’t tell this to lawyer. Raksham apologizes to her and says I will make everything fine. Saavi says you can’t make anything fine, can’t bring Nityam. Raksham acts to pacify her and promises her that he will bring Nityam home and smirks. Sonam hears them. The Constable asks the criminals in the lock up to come out and take the bucket. Nityam asks if this much water only to take bath. Constable laughs at him. Saavi comes to meet Nityam and asks him to say something. Nityam says what to say, I told you to get me out from here, but you have failed. He says I was asked you to get Mr. Verma to fight the case, but it seems the lawyer was taken money from someone to jailed me. He says he couldn’t stay since 3 days and tells about his problems. He tells that it seems like they are punishing him, as if he has become rich taking their money. He says you people are living a lavish life in the house made by me. Saavi is shocked and apologizes to him. She tries to calm him down. Nityam gets upset and goes from there.

Raksham takes the food plate to Vedika. Vedika says Nityam is punished though he is innocent. Raksham says you are saying this as you think that he is innocent. He says don’t know what happened to Saavi, and tells that Sudha Menon tried to take him out, but the ED has given strong proofs against him. Vedika says if you think that Nityam is guilty. Raksham says may be Nityam has done this, and couldn’t tell you. He says you gave him good upbringing and indirectly reminds them of Satyam’s crime. Vedika sits in the temple and tells that she will not get up until Nityam comes back. Sonam and Raksham smiles. Saavi asks why they didn’t tell her anything, and tells Vedika that she has to be strong and be hopeful that he will return, and says we don’t know what he is going through and what wounds he will get there. She says when he returns home, he needs you to take care of him. She asks him to get up and have something. Vedika refuses to eat anything. Saavi goes to Raksham and says they shall call Mr. Verma. Raksham says Ms. Menon is city’s best lawyer and she herself told me that she will get him bail out. He says even I am worried for him, and asks her to handle Maa, and says he will take care of the rest. Sonam goes behind him. Saavi prays to God and asks God to make everything fine.

Ananya asks Ratna what was the need to announce about my admission in top college. Ratna says I thought that your admission will happen, but didn’t know that damad ji will go to jail by doing fraud of crores. Nutan asks if you think that he has done this. Ratna says I am praying that he comes out. Nutan says so that he gets admission. Ananya asks Nutan, what’s wrong if Ratna wants her betterment.

Raksham comes to Mr. Barjatya and asks why did you call me? Mr. Barjatya (money lender) tells him that he gave him 10 crores in cash and asks him when he will return with interest. Raksham tells him that his lawyer will not let Nityam’s bail happen even tomorrow, and then he will take over the company in the board meeting, and you will get all your money. Mr. Barjatya says your plan is good.

Nityam is made to wipe the floor with the wet cloth. Sonam and Raksham get down from the car infront of Dalmia Industries. Saavi comes to Sudha and tells that her husband Nityam Dalmia don’t want her to fight the case. Sudha asks if Raksham knows about this. Saavi says she didn’t get time to tell him, if you want then you can tell him. Sudha says you are doing a big mistake, your husband can be in danger. Saavi says I was doing mistake before and now I am rectifying it. Mr. Verma comes there. Saavi smiles. Nityam is wiping the floor in the PS.

Precap: The board of director tells that they want a new captain to save Dalmia Industries. Raksham says until Nityam comes, I will be here. Saavi comes there and says it is not needed Bhaiyya. They see Nityam coming back there. Raksham and Sonam are shocked. Nityam swears to expose the guilty person and says he might be a family member.
