Sana Sayyad reacts to the rumors of her being finalized for the lead role in Kundali Bhagya
There has been a buzz that Sana Sayyad has been finalized to essay the lead role in Kundali Bhagya post the 20-year leap. The actress reacted to the news in a recent interview and shared, “I have no idea about this. I don’t know from where such news comes. If I am doing the show, I need to know about it first! But people are writing about it without asking me.”
The actress was last seen in Spy Bahu which wrapped up in September 2022. Sana went on a holiday with her husband Imaad Shamsi post the wrap-up of the show. She said, “After Spy Bahu wrapped up, I went to Turkey with my husband. It was a wonderful trip. And, then I have been busy looking for interesting projects. I want to land a good role, whether it is for TV or OTT.”
In an earlier interview with BT, Sana shared how she balances work and personal life. She said, “My in-laws and husband are very supportive, so it is not about going home after you shoot for a show and thinking about cooking and other homely things. I don’t have to do those things. I would love to cook occasionally or help in the house but it is not a daily task. Also, my husband is quite okay with my working on TV and he understands the long hours. It is a happy work-life balance I have.”
She added, “I have no complaints about the workings of the TV industry, too. TV has a large reach and I am happy that I am offered interesting roles.”
