The Episode starts with NV saying Sanjivani is calling you back, you can’t go away from family, come. She says you maybe Sanjivani’s boss, not mine, its my life. He says life doesn’t give chances to everyone. She asks by what right did you hold my hand, leave my hand. He says if I had to leave this hand, then why would I give you marriage vows, now I will keep my vows, you know your husband, Mrs. Ishani Navratna Singh. He wipes her tears. He says I will make you reach heights, you have the talent. She says I have nothing at all, I lost everything, I just got lie, cheat, I lost my dreams, Sanjivani and Dr. Sid…. Sanjivani burnt that day and my every dream burnt, you are pushing me in fire, I can’t do this, please. He says calm down, you have to go in. He takes Ishani inside.
She recalls Shashank and Sid. She sees the temple and sits crying. Rahil and Philo run to her. Rishabh looks on. Ishani sees them. Ishani hugs them and cries. NV says look at their smile seeing you. Rishabh says Sanjivani looks incomplete without Dr. Ishani, she disappeared like Mr. India. Rahil stops him. Rishabh says I m sure everyone wants to know, where was she since three years. Philo asks Rishabh to keep patience. Rishabh asks in which hospital were you, forget it, where is Dr. Sid, is he not coming. NV looks on. Rishabh says there is no news about Sid also, I thought you know about him. Ishani recalls Sid. She turns to go. NV holds her. She cries. He hugs her.
NV says excuse us. Philo says I didn’t understand anything. Rishabh thinks Ishani always gets someone always. Ishani sees her cabin. She sees her medical coat. She hears Shashank’s voice and sees his speech going on on the tv. She asks what do you want to show. NV says I m reminding your potential. He shows the contract and says its written that you are still Sanjivani’s employee, doctor. Ishani says I don’t have any talent, I don’t deserve this. She tears the contract. She says nothing can bound me with Sanjivani. She runs to leave. NV follows. Guards stop her from going. Ishani asks NV to tell security to let her go. NV says sorry Ishani, they are just doing their work. She asks what’s this, please let me go, what’s your problem, I m requesting you, you can’t force me. NV says I m not forcing you, please understand. She says I will see who stops me. She turns and sees a patient brought inside. She gets back. Rahil and Philo rush the patient for treatment. NV thinks I know your medical passion, its hidden under fear, you are stubborn, but I m more stubborn, just see, how I make your fear away, promise.
