The Episode starts with Ishani running out to attend the guests. Sid smiles. Anjali asks what’s happening. Vardaan says you are a better detective than a good doctor, you caught me, I know it was my decision to treat rich patients, when I saw this poor patient suffering, I got her here, she is pregnant, she couldn’t answer about her family. Anjali says you should have told me. He says I was finding you. He picks the admission forms. He says I was thinking to keep her here until she recovers. Anjali says she seems weak to me, we should admit here for two nights, we need to give supplements to her. He says you decide now. She says you aren’t so bad as people think. He says every person has good and bad aspects. She says I will get the medical kit. He shuts the door. He takes the girl to hidden
Befikre….plays….Sid dances. Ishani imagines dancing with him. Main pareshaan….. plays…. Ishani holds Asha’s hand. Asha asks what happened. Ishani says you were right, I m in love with Dr. Sid. Sid comes to her and says everyone left, you were just staring at me, you will fall in love if you stare, did you fall in love. Ishani says no. He holds her face and gets close to her. He says you are in love, accept that you love me, Miss… They get close. Asha asks what are you doing, leave my hand. She scolds Ishani and goes. Ishani asks her to listen. She sees Sid dancing and runs out. She says I m in love with Sid. She sits thinking.
Sid gives an icecream to Guddu. He asks him not to tell mum. He says party was great, Ishani planned everything, she arranged everything, it was fun. Guddu drops the icecream. Sid cleans his clothes. He says if Ishani was here, she would have not sit here. Ishani cries and says I m ruined, I fell in love with Sid, he is a liar, clever and deceiver. Asha, Neil and Aman look on. Sid says she is sweet. Guddu says you love her. Sid says no. Ishani says why didn’t they give me practical knowledge with doctor’s degree, I was mad to fall in love. She shouts. Neil asks her to relax and breathe. Asha asks Ishani to forget it. Neil jokes. Ishani gets angry. She says why did I fall for him. Sid says she is beautiful, she is hot too, she fights with me, she takes care of me. Guddu asks him to make halwa for her. Sid asks will she like it. Guddu says tell her, she is as sweet as halwa. Sid laughs.
Ishani says no one will tell about this to Rahil and Sid, they are close friends, if they find out, pinky swear. Asha says we have sworn, we will keep quiet, will you tell this to Sid. Vardaan asks Juhi to read it. Shashank comes and asks why Vardaan why is he getting second hand machines, when they can get brand new. Vardaan says its just 6 months old, its for half price, this deal are good. Shashank argues. Vardaan says why do we always talk of luxury ward, its funded externally, the rest of the hospital needs funds. Shashank says I think Juhi agrees with me. Juhi says I don’t see any problem with this, the hospital is giving us the machines as its closing, we can save money and provide charitable services to patients. Vardaan thanks Juhi for explaining Shashank. He says so, we are settling on this, we will accept this deal. Shashank says I think you will be on my side in every decision made for Sanjivani. She says I m on Sanjivani’s side. Shashank goes. Vardaan smiles.
Ishani comes to the hospital. She asks Asha did Sid come. She says I m scared to face him. Asha says just express your feelings to him. Sid asks Neil did you see Ishani. Neil asks why. Sid says I have a surprise for her. Neil asks what. Ishani sees Sid coming and hides. Neil says everyone can say you love Ishani, even Rahil says so. Sid says its nonsense. Neil asks why did you risk life, you are running from the truth, maybe you are mad. Sid says many girls came into my life and left, I don’t get mad after them, Ishani is just my friend. Neil says you are in love with Ishani. Sid says I just want to feed her halwa. Neil and Aman say love….. and go. Sid says we are just normal. He sees Ishani hiding. She looks around. He asks are you fine. She doesn’t look at him. He checks her. She says patient needs love, glucose. He stops her and asks are you all right or not. She thinks I m in love.
