The Episode starts with Juhi saying this patient wants a liver transplant soon, she has two brothers, right, she can’t survive. Ishani asks what are you saying, there is no time. Juhi says I can’t change the list from donor bank, what are you doing, your patients are imp for you, you are also imp for them, I can talk to area donor, I m not promising you, I can just try, you go, you need first aid. Neeti is seen. Vardaan gives a presentation about luxury wards. Shashank comes in the board meeting. Vardaan says you were on wheelchair in the morning, I m glad to see you walking. Ishani sees the time. Sid gets the list in the bin. He checks that and sees Neeti’s name on the top.

Abhay asks Ishani to give him new liver, then they will go and party. Ishani thinks to beat him. Rishabh asks what are you doing here, get out. Abhay asks him not to talk to her like this. Ishani gets a message and goes out. Neil says I got your message. Neil says yes, the patient died on the way, that liver isn’t of any use to me. Juhi comes and says sorry, there is no donor matching Neeti’s blood group. Ishani rushes to see Neeti. Juhi attends Neeti. The lady says Trisha isn’t responding to treatment, her brain is dead, its your decision to keep ventilator or not, sorry. The lady cries. Ishani sees Neeti’s little brothers. She says I have to do something for Neeti and her brothers. Sid thinks Vardaan has changed the list. Vardaan comes and burns the list. Sid gets shocked.
