Scene 1:
Location: SUNDERKAAND
Ravan proclaims the grandeur of his son, meghnad,. and talks about how he defeated the lords even indra, and says that now he shall get that cruel monkey to his feet, for his deserved punishment. meghnad swears that by the time, aksha’s pyre cools off, he shall have captured the monkey or else he shall ommit uicide by himself burning in the pyre. aditi and mandodari are aghast. meghnad leaves, while raavan is vengeful. the lords too remember their defeat along with indra, at the hands of meghnad.

Hanuman waits in anticipation of the next demon, when he is blown by gushes of winds. hanuman tries to face this new demon that raavan has sent, but due to invisibility, as meghnad comes in a gush of wind, hanuman is taken aback.

he hollers at the demon to expose himself, and face him like a true warior. Meghnad finally shows himsef. hanuman is tensed to see him. after an enraged verbal spat, hanuman gets overpowered by meghnad’s powerful tactics as a demon, who uses hallucination and magic to defeat the enemy. meghnad proclaims that he shall give him the punishment that he deserves. hanuman asks him not to be overreaching, as he reminds what he did to qaksha. meghnad gets enraged.

Meanwhile, sita is furthermore made to be scared, as they talk about meghnad and his prowess. trijata sees hanuman weakening before meghnad, and when she narrates this, and talks about how meghnad is almost invincible. the demons are amused, while sita gets scared. she explains that it isnt that ram is weakening, but its a reminder of what is to come. all wait anxiousoly.

Then meghnad tries his powerful weapon, but before he can attack hanuman, hanuman outsmarts his move, but meghnad defies it too, when he directs it at him. hanuman thinks that he is indeed extraordinary, and its very difficult to defeat him. the screen freezes on their faces.

DECEPTION CAN ONLY GIVE MOMENTARY SUCCESS. ACTUAL SURMOUNTING OF PROBLEMS CAN ONLY BE DONE BY CONFRONTING THEM, NOT BY DECEPTION….!!!!

Precap: As meghnad tries his grand form, and with his weapon tries to crush hanuman, he takes his grand form, and outwits and boggled meghnad, who is shocked. then when he is in grand form and meghnad returns to human size, hanuman breaks his weapons. meghnad gets enraged and says that he shall have to pay the price for ruining his favourite weapon.
