The episode starts with Bhoomi hoping everything should be fine at office. She recalls the past incidents and Maha rishi words, while Ansubaa is sleeping. She feels a bit tensed. At the puja, Panditji asks the couple to sit in the puja. Hasmukh suggests that young generation should do the puja. Karsan agrees and asks Ketki – Dilip to sit for the Puja. Hasmukh feels happy and thinks Dilip is likely to become the MD.

Ansubaa wakes up and asks about the time. Bhoomi says it is 12:30 pm and everybody went to office for Puja. Ansubaa asks her why she didn’t went to the Puja to organised everything there. Bhoomi says she stayed back to be on her side. Ansubaa says you would have gone with them and feels something bad is going to happen.

After Puja is completed,

Karsan says he will be not only giving the MD position but also giving away the responsibilities associated with the position. He goes on to explain its importance. Karsan says MD will become who is responsible and intelligent enough to overcome all problems. He says my son….. Hasmukh thinks he is saying about Kishan. But Karsan shocked everyone and announces that his elder son will become the MD, Dilip Vaishnav. Ketki gets happy and so is happy. Karsan asks him to sit on the chair. Dilip comes forward and takes his blessings. He thanks him and says he can’t accept this MD position. Everyone is shocked.

Hasmukh scolds him for not accepting the position and asks him to sit on the chair as it is the Aashirwad of elders. Karsan agrees with Hasmukh. Karsan says he make a decision after a lot of thinking. Dilip says he dont want to take up the responsibility after a deep thought. Bharti feels happy. Dilip tells Hasmukh that kaka fulfilled his responsibility now it is his turn. He says he didn’t deserves this position. He says this position is deserved by the person who knows latest fashion, new technology etc. He says this position is deserved by the one with whose hard work this mill started again and it is none other than my Kishan. Kishan comes to him and says what are you saying. Dilip requests Karsan to accept his decision. Ketki is too shocked to react. Ramila and Parul feels happy. Dilip asks Kishan to sit on the chair.

Kishan is in thoughts. Bharti smiles at her plan. Ansubaa says she wants to go to office. Bhoomi says she will call Kishan. Ansubaa asks to take her to office. Kishan says he is younger to him with regards to age and experience and therefore he will not sit on this chair.

Ramila tries to convince Kishan but he says as Dilip bhai is elder than him, he deserves this position. Kishan says it is about the right and Mota bhai did work hard for the mill. Ramila says every member of the family wants you to be the MD. Hasmukh feels sad at his luck. Karsan asks Hasmukh about his opinion if Kishan takes up the responsibility of the MD. Hasmukh hesitantly agrees. Karsan tells Kishan to accept Dilip’s proposal. Bharti smirks evily. Dilip holds Kishan’s hand and takes him to the chair. He asks him to sit and take over the responsibility. Kishan is about to sit but Ankit stops him and says he doesn’t want Kishan to sit on the chair. Bharti smiles at her plan working. Ankit says if Kishan being younger than Dilip can take up the MD position then why not him? He says he also has a right on this chair. Dilip shouts at him. Karsan says sorry to Ankit and asks him to tell his words. Ankit says if his words are not taken seriously then something bad will happen. Kishan intervenes and asks him to say his opinion. Ankit says you can’t sit because you didn’t deserves this position.

He says that Kishan married without informing anyone of his family members. He argues that Kishan broke someone else dreams pointing at Bharti. Hasmukh feels happy. Dilip asks him to cut the crab. Parul intervenes and says she will make Ankit understand. Parul tells him why you are raising the past issues. Ankit says he didn’t think beyond Bhoomi and tags Kishan as selfish. Ankit tells Dilip that he has a right on the chair as well. Dilip was about to slap him but Kishan holds his hand. The episode ends on Kishan’s worried face.

Ankit says he will sit on the chair of the MD and he will not ask for the position rather he will snatch it. As he sits on the chair, he slips. Ansubaa comes to the office and witness the whole drama.
