The episode starts with Ketki on the bed, Ramila tries to console her and says she has full faith on Bharti and she will bring the happiness into their family. Ankit asks Bharti, why you was in hurry to marry me. Ankit says he had to reply to everyone and was really tensed. Bharti says she did everything and now it is his turn. Bharti says now everything will happen according to her wish. Ankit is shocked and asks what she means? Bharti says she wishes whatever he wants. She holds the keychain and looks at it. She says he have to give her whatever she wants. Bhoomi and Kishan comes to see some shop, Kishan thinks it was small and not good. Bhoomi says it is good and will be lucky for us. Bharti starts acting again and offers the keychain to Ramila and asks her to give it to Ketki bhabhi as she don’t want to hurt her. she says she don’t care if customs breaks but Ketki bhabhi shouldn’t get hurt. Ramila is in thoughts and didn’t take the keys. Lily fayi comes and tells Ramila that doctor came to check Ketki. Ramila goes with Lily.
Bhoomi and Kishan clean up their new shop to start their new life. They decorate their shop in a simple manner with Dadaji’s photo at the wall. Doctor checks on Ketki, and says Dilip bhai expenses are going to increased as Ketki is pregnant. Ketki looks on stunned and happy. Everyone gets happy with this happy news. Dilip tells Ketki to take rest and his mom will take care of kitchen. He says you gave a precious gift today. He says Ansubaa will be very happy to be the great grand mother. Dilip says he is going to tell his best friend that he is going to be chacha.
Kishan tells Bhoomi to prepare food, meanwhile he will give the news to his best friend mota bhai. Dilip comes and says he wants to give her some good news. Kishan says he too have some good news. Ramila comes and says happiness shouldn’t be share who knows how to give the sadness. She asks him to live for him as you are going to be papa. Kishan and Bhoomi smiles. Ramila tells Dilip that she is going to the Somnath temple to pray for Ketki and fulfilled her mannat and asks him to take care of Ketki in her absence. She says happiness came to their house after a long time and she don’t any evil eye to cast spell on it. She asks him to recognise the enemies in the loved ones.
