The episode begins with Kishan receiving Bhoomi’s voice messages. He comes out of the function and hears it. Bhoomi comes and calls for Kishan while she is on the other end of the road. Parul comes and tells Kishan that Bhoomi came. Suddenly Bhoomi met an accident. Kishan and Parul gets shocked and rush to her. Ansubaa asks, what happened to her. Parul cries and says she was crossing the road, some truck came and hit her. Kishan asks Bhoomi to open her eyes and asks Haskmukh kaka to open her eyes. Kishan looks at the watch, while his hand is full of blood. he cries. She is taken to the hospital. Bhoomi looks at her family while the song rishte bharose chahat plays in the BG. Bhoomi is taken for the operation. Kishan prays infront of Lord and recalls Bhoomi’s

faith on Lord. He tells the Lord not to break Bhoomi’s faith. You will save her. She is pregnant, having a dream of my family. Doctor comes and informs Kishan that they couldn’t save his baby. Kishan asks for Bhoomi. Doctor says he doing his best and asks him to hope for the best.

Ansubaa, Parul, Ketki and others cries miserably. Hasmukh comes and says he came to know about the truck number and soon they will know about the driver. Karsan cries and says Bhoomi have lost the baby. Kishan comes to the mandir and tells the Lord that she has complete faith on you. He asks the Lord not to break his faith. Please don’t snatch my Bhoomi.

Doctor comes out and says they have tried but it is difficult to save your bahu. Ansubaa is shocked. Doctor says she has only little time left. Karsan asks what do you mean? Doctor says she is not having much time. She is shifted to the ICU and asks them to meet her. Ansubaa asks him to save Bhoomi. Doctor says only God can do anything. The diya in the mandir which Kishan has lighted goes off.

While all the family members comes to see Bhoomi, she smiles looking at them. She looks for Kishan. Everyone cries while Bhoomi keeps on smiling. Ketki’s daughter starts crying, Bhoomi caresses her face. Kishan is still shell shocked, unable to believe about Bhoomi. He looks at his watch and recalls Bhoomi’s words.

Kishan comes now, while the song Sanskaar song plays in the BG. Bhoomi forwards her hand to Kishan, Kishan holds her hand with teary eyes. Bhoomi smiles, Kishan puts his hand on her head. She starts sinking and dies. Everyone is shocked.

Precap:
After the cremation of Bhoomi. Pandit tells Kishan that final rites are completed. Kishan asks him to call him only Jai as he is removing his name Kishan.
