The Episode starts with Radhika asking Radhe to let her help her family. She tries to convince him. Radhe asks Suman to see what is Radhika saying. He says I was afraid to send Radhika to Mumbai. Suman says calm down and talk to her, try to understand her. Radhe says she isn’t my daughter, she has changed and she has become something else. Radhika says fine, you may think so, when will I do my work if I stay busy in explaining everyone, I want to do something for my life. Suman says he isn’t stopping you from job. Radhika says my job isn’t fixed, don’t distract me. He asks how much time will you take, you will grow old, you will cry a lot one day, you will have your job, or not any family. Radhika says its fine, I can’t take decisions thinking my marriage will get late, I came here to
She sees her family pic. He leaves. Suman asks Radhe not to worry. Radhika comes back home. Sree hugs her. Jazz starts irritating her. Vaishali asks her to come with her. Radhika says everything went wrong, dad isn’t just angry, he is hurt. Sree says you are doing this job for your family, if they cant understand this, then its their fault. She says I have hurt his heart. Radhe stays upset. Jairam comes and asks him to check the expenses and sale. He asks what happened. Radhe starts crying. Jairam asks him not to cry and tell the matter. Radhe says Radhika is saying she won’t get married, she has changed, what shall I do. Radhika says I didn’t change, I told him what I want to do. Sree says this is a problem. Jairam says when children go away, they change, I was scared for this, Mumbai city has changed her. He cries and asks Radhe to calm down, he will talk to her. Radhe says no, I can’t tolerate if she tells anything wrong to you, I m losing her, I m not able to do anything.
Suman looks on and cries. She calls Radhika. Radhika says she will know I m crying. Sree splashes water and says she will think you had a face wash. Radhika answers the call. Suman says your dad is in shock. Radhika says I had no option. Suman says marriage isn’t happening right away, say yes to keep his heart, I will explain him, you take time to shape your future. Radhika says no, I don’t want to lie and make excuses, I will do what I want, I don’t like it, if I say yes for their happiness then I will be hurt, I can’t achieve what I want if I get married, I have to take decisions for myself, you all can’t decide. Suman asks why are you saying this. Radhika says I m saying new things but new things aren’t wrong. Suman says those who are advising you are different, remember who we are. Radhika says I m doing what you told, you asked me to know myself, I m not lying, I m getting a call from office, I will talk to you later. She answers a call. The lady asks about the meeting. Radhika worries and says, yes half an hour is enough. She ends call and says I forgot to make my presentation. Sree says we will do it. Radhika asks do you know it. Sree says I know who can help you. They go to Abhishek’s house.
Sree says it’s a pizza party for me. Jazz says I m glad they worry for you, so they didn’t call you for the party. Vaishali says I didn’t want to go. Suman sees the time. She waits for Radhika’s call. Amma asks for food. Gomti says we will sort this out, I will serve the food. Lavi and Lucky talk about Radhika. Radhika says I will tell you the answer, I m comfortable here, I will get nervous in conference room, we will practice that way, ask me questions as Rajesh Naik, our CEO. Abhishek questions her. Radhika answers him. He gets into the role well and taunts. He asks what, its not me, its Rajesh Naik, he can say that. She says correct, women are underpaid than men, its not a subjective matter. He says this is not me, Rajesh can do this, Sree, please be a good Kartik. Sree says we didn’t ask for any lecture on equality. Radhika says we will take this seriously, if I go prepared. She says I will answer you. Kittu asks her to think and answer. Abhishek says imagine a kid in Rajesh’s place, you won’t feel scared. Radhika imagines and starts laughing. They all laugh.
Sree asks what happened. Radhika says I have imagined Rajesh as a kid. She gets Suman’s call. Suman hears her laughing. Abhishek jokes and laughs. Suman asks who is with you. Radhika says my neighbor, sorry, I was preparing for presentation. Suman says you were working, who is with you. Radhika says my friends were helping me prepare the presentation, I will call you tomorrow. She hangs up. Lavi says Radhika is partying there and Radhe skipped the dinner here, she has changed. Suman takes care of Amma. Amma says tell me what is going on in your heart, everything changes with time. She explains Suman and says be with the children, else be behind, change is constant, everything changes in the world, who said change is bad. Suman says I know children will change with time, but I m scared hearing her thoughts, it’s a girl’s responsibility to keep a family united, girls have to compromise and think of others, you, Gomti and I did this, I can’t say about Radhika, she said she will take her own decisions and see her happiness, but girls have to find their happiness in others’ happiness. Radhika says I will tell mum that I m doing this for a motive, my family will understand my work.
