Chedial is not able to control himself after seeing the electricity bill, Alukik calls everyone and when they come, Sargam asks what has happened, Appu says that these are the symptoms of heart attack, Alukik inquires if he should call the ambulance, Asha says that he would socld them for incurring such expense and if they should call the auto, Chedilal scolds them, Sargam taking the bill exclaims how this is a mistake and the bill is the same as twelve hundred rupees, Gupta comes to the house with the servant mentioning that he came to know about his eighteen lacs bill and he has a cheque ready for him, which also has a payment for the shop, Sargam reveals there has been a misunderstanding and the bill is the same, Gupta going to Alukik exclaims if he is not happy that his son is alive, Alukik
Eklawya enters the house with the reports of their grandfather mentioning how he has gotten the report of the inner system of a human being, they all plead with him to say it clearly, he exclaims that he has gotten the report, then mentions he got the report, Grandfather asks how did he bring them because he was supposed to go to the hospital and collect it himself, Sargam reads it then exclaims how both the lungs of the Grandfather have failed, they ask if they have been completely failed, Eklawya mentions that they are completely ruined.
Chedilal along with his son is consulting the doctor who informs they have to wait for three years to get the kidney and it will cost a lot of money, Asha requests him to quote some low price otherwise it would be out of their budget, Chedilal orders them all to stand aside, the doctor says that there is a solution according to which if one of his son donates the kidney then the cost would be reduced and their problem would be solved.
The Grandfather is in his room, Appu comes inquiring if he can massage his feet then sitting beside him explains how he desires to donate his kidney but ate meat unintentionally and so does not want to ruin the religious practices of his Grandfather however he says that they would have the kidney washed, there is a knock on the door, Appu hides under the bed when Asha comes seeking permission to message the feet, he explains that he was a smoker till a year ago so his kidney would be filled with tar which is why he cannot donate it, Grandfather explains that the tar is filled in lungs, Asha still argues that his kidneys would also be affected, there is yet another knock on the door, grandfather advises him to get under the bed, Asha is shocked to see Appu already hiding underneath, Asthik coming inside exclaims that everyday he first prays for the long health of their Grandfather but cannot give him his kidney, this is because his Guru jee said that if the kidney of a bacholer is given to a married man then he would also not get married in the next life, which he cannot bear so he would not give the kidney, they then hear a knock and so Ashtik is also sent under the bed where he meets Appu and Asha.
Alukik jumps from the window scaring the Grandfather who mentions he cannot also donate the kidney because of some issue, Alukik reveals that even though he is willing, he has some powers like that he can talk with ghosts and can even see them, he acts as there is a ghost on his shoulder, Grndfather asks how would he deal with his other brothers, Appu helps him stand, Eklawya also jumps from the window but tries to walk away seeing his brothers however is called back by their Grandfather, who reveals that he is ready to accept any kidney if they are ready to donate it even after so many problems, he sends them all to their rooms.
The grandfather asks Chedilal to reveal the name of the one whose kidney was a match to him, Chedilal asks Alppu, Asthik and Eklawya to stand on one side while ordering Alukik and Asha to stand on the other, he mentions how those three-feel worried because they cannot help their Grandfather as their kidney was not a match, Asha and Alukik can donate their kidney.
Alukik mentions that since Asha is the elder, he should take his kidney however Asha mentions that he should take the kidney of Alukik, when the Grandfather says that he has never differentiated amongst anyone so would take one kidney of both of Alukik and Asha, Alukik however pleads with him to think clearly.
In the night Asha comes with a bottle of alcohol mentioning that he drinks it every night when he is alone, Sargam reveals that they never saw him, he mentions how it is not yoga which he should drink in front of him, Asha reveals that his kidneys have swollen but even then, he can donate, Alukik realizes that Asha is acting so also plans to do the same.
Alukik is acting that he is talking with Ghosts in the night, Chedilal along with the Grandfather come when they get worried asking who he is talking to, Alukik revels that it is Sharma jee who used to live two streets away from their house and died, Chedilal and his father both get tensed, when Alukik leaves making the Grandfather wonder what would happen because he cannot take either of their kidneys.
In the morning, the Grandfather exclaims how he cannot take the kidneys of either one of them, Appu questions what would now happen, Sargam gets ready to donate his kidney. They all question her as her kidney was not a match, she reveals how she also got her kidney tested because she knew they would not allow her and she is also a part of the family, Asha standing says he would donate the kidney because he does not drink and it was all just an act, Sargam says how she does not have any problem, Asha orders her to say anything else because she is the one who has to take care of this mad house for which she would need both her kidneys.
Sargam gets a call from the doctor who explains that their Grnadfather is healthy, and it was all because of a worker whom their Grandfather slapped, he remembers that he slapped the one who brought the beans for him, Alukik is still talking with the ghosts when Chedilal orders him to drop the act, he says that they should wait because the toy horse would fall by itself when he counts to three and they are shocked when it actually falls.
Precap: Sargam says that she really likes Appu’s hair, however he gets bald and is forced to wear a wig in front of Sargam, he pleads with Chedilal to save his marriage.
