The Episode starts with Aarav telling Simar that she is not his dear one, but his family’s biggest enemy and asks her not to try to come near him and stay away from him. He asks Badi Maa to come. Simar asks him to listen. Badi Maa stops Simar and tells her that her truth came out infront of Aarav and she had told her that he will kick her out of the house soon. A fb is shown. Aarav asks Badi Maa to come. Simar holds his hand and says you can’t break relation with me, I have worn mangalsutra and sindoor of your name, and is wearing bangles of your name. She says Mata Rani has tied our relation and it is difficult to even touch the things signifying our marriage. Aarav asks her to break the mangalsutra, and tells that these pearls, promises and my love doesn’t matter, as everything was betrayal and cheat. He says the relation which doesn’t have truthfulness is not relation and gets shattered and lost. He says it is all over, we are done, it is finished. Simar looks shocked. Vivaan, Reema and Gagan looks on shocked. Aarav tells Simar that if anything wrong happens in his family, then she will be blamed and will be punished for the same. He asks Badi Maa to come and holds her hand, says your trust has won, I promise you that I will take up all the responsibility of Oswal family from now onwards, your Aarav. Badi Maa gets emotional and keeps her hand on his hand. He asks Badi Maa to come. Simar is still holding his hand. He frees his hand and walks out with Badi Maa from there. Simar looks shocked. Reema feels bad for Simar. Vivaan holds her hand and takes her with him. Song plays…..Simar is left alone there.

She thinks of their moments. Aarav is driving the car and thinks of their moments too. Simar reminisces the happy times spent with him. He gets angry thinking about her. Simar looks at her torn saree. Aarav finds the torn piece in his watch, recalls his marriage with her etc. Aarav gets down from his car and imagines near him. Simar also imagines him. Mahiya song plays…….

Simar says if I am really a poison, what did I do that I was named as betrayal and cheat, what mistake did I do, that I cared for the family and thought about their betterment. She asks Mata Rani why caring people are treated badly and made to fall in life. She asks why fruit of goodness is bitter, and says she would have bear everything, but today her husband has snatched her self respect and smashed her selfness under his feet, and shattered her ego and she can’t forget any of his words till her last breath. She says he has raised question on my loyalty, for whom I have left my parents, and today he called me betrayal, cheat and poison. She tells that she will not look back at Aarav ji and will not go back to him, though her life’s aim will be snatched, but she will protect her self respect and her true love. She says I will fulfill all my duties and will not let anything happen to Gajendra papa and will get the real punishment punished and will protect Aditi from all troubles. She says Mata Rani, you have to support me, as my life partner has turned his face off from me, now I have no hopes from me, as I have no trust on him now. She takes mannat thread and asks Mata Rani to keep her blessings shower on it and make her Papa fine soon.

Aarav comes back to hospital and tells that he came to take Papa home. Rajendra says being his doctor, I can’t permit him to be taken home. Aarav says I will take my father home. Rajendra objects. Badi maa says I take up the responsibility and asks him to get the discharge papers ready. She says I won’t let anything happen to any of my sons and asks Giriraj to do all the arrangements to take him home. She holds Vivaan and Aarav’s hands and goes. Giraraj tells Chitra that their work will be easy now, they can kill Gajendra at home.

At home, Aarav asks Rajendra to tell what medical equipments are needed from abroad. He tells Badi Maa that he is there for the family. Badi Maa says you have grown up. He hugs her and says it is all my mistake. Badi Maa says you are my pride and tiger son, and tells that when Gajendra kept you in my lap for the first time, he had said that tiger is born in Oswal family and my reflection. She says it is your responsibility to keep the family united. Aarav says Oswal family and their responsibility is mine, and nobody can look at us. Giriraj comes there and insists to be with Gajendra. Aarav refuses and insists to be with Gajendra until he recovers. Giriraj insists. Badi maa says let Aarav be with him. Giriraj says ok and thinks just one more night and you will be finished.

Precap: Gajendra gains consciousness. Aarav says we are happy that you gained consciousness. Gajendra says I want all my family members and asks where is Simar? He says call Simar. Aarav and Vivaan bring Simar home. Simar comes home.
