The Episode starts with Aarav telling Simar that he is feeling all his dreams, feelings and hopes went with her. He says this is not Aarav, I had given you heart already, you took my soul, just this ashes are left for me. He applies the ashes on his face. He thinks he is nothing without Simar, and imagines Simar in bridal clothes, calling him. He imagines Simar coming to him and asking why did he do this, and asks him to wash his face and freshen up. He calls her name and is about to touch her. Simar says it is not possible now. He says I will make it possible. She asks him to move on in life and get ready for next phase of his life. He shouts asking where is Simar gone? He says you are mine, you can’t leave me. Simar thinks everything is happening, as was decided. She says mistake had happen,
Simar picks the call. He asks why you didn’t pick my call at first. She says she was busy. He asks if she is fine and reached home. Simar says I am not your responsibility now Aarav ji. He asks what are you saying, as if you are nothing to me. Simar asks if you have any work. Aarav says listen to me, I will not tell again that you was my responsibility and will always be my responsibility. Simar says I have to go Aarav ji and ends the call. Aarav is feeling much pain. She wipes her sindoor and wears her clothes, which she used to wear before marriage, earrings and the same old hairstyle. She looks att herself in the mirror.
Lalit asks Roma to open the door. He says I have done wrong, and took this step so that you can come in the house. He asks her to scold him, but don’t embarrass me on kanya pujan day. Roma looks at the poison bottle and says you have slapped me. He says you again started complaining and goes from there, saying I don’t care. Shobha smiles. Roma says I will not embarrass you anymore, there will be no problem in this house due to me. She cries and drinks the poison bottle. She then drops it and it rolls and goes out of the room.
Aarav looks at Simar’s dupatta and earrings which he had found before marriage and kept it with him. He finds the other pair of earrings and realizes it is of Simar. He thinks Simar left a beautiful gift for him, while going. He takes out her mangalsutra from his pocket and recalls making her wear it on their marriage. He says Vivaan had said me once, that when we don’t have our wishful thing with us, we feel much pain and we couldn’t understand then. He says the God knows what is perfect for us, and that’s why sent you to me, as he knows that Aarav needs Simar only, but that time I couldn’t understand, but Vivaan understood. He says secretly I feel jealous of him, as he is your fan and a good friend of yours. He says you both are my everything.
Aditi comes there and says Vivaan Bhaiyya is in hospital. She says Police called and said that someone attacked him. She says his condition is critical, please come fast.
Rana ji comes to the hospital and meets Mohit outside. He says you have already put yourself in trouble and asks him to come home. Mohit says until that Oswals come here, and see Vivaan death, I will not come. Gagan realizes that he is Mohit and takes the video. Rana ji asks do you want all of us to get in trouble. Mohit says nothing will happen to them, and says if you want, then I will kill all Oswals. Rana ji takes Mohit with him. Gagan records everything in his mobile.
Badi Maa, Gajendra, Giriraj and all Oswal family come to the hospital. Chitra slaps Reema hard on her face. Sandhya and Gajendra are shocked. Chitra blames Reema and says this has happened due to you. Reema tries to clarify. Chitra says who gave you right to sign on the papers, and gave approval for surgery. Reema says his condition was weak, and if operation haven’t happened. Chitra asks what did you do with him? Giriraj asks Chitra to control herself. Badi Maa asks Inspector how did this happen? Inspector says it seems a big attack happened on him. Badi maa asks if Police was sleeping. The Inspector says we will catch the culprit. Badi Maa insists to talk to the Inspector. Aarav and Aditi reach the hospital now. He shouts where is chote? Gajendra asks him to relax and asks him to wait, as Vivaan is operating. Aarav asks Inspector to give names of all attackers and all info. Inspector asks him not to get angry. Aarav says if anything happens to my brother, then I will not leave anyone. Gajendra asks Aarav to handle himself. Gagan thinks I shall make Aarav see this video, but all Oswal family is inside. Doctor comes out and says Operation is done, and he will be shifted to the ward. He tells badi Maa that he needs to talk to her. Badi Maa goes with doctor. Chitra holds Reema’s hand and asks her to stay away from Vivaan. Reema says he is my husband and don’t stop me from meeting him again. All the family members look at Vivaan. Chitra kisses his head. Aarav says what happened to my brother. Badi Maa asks doctor if he is out of danger now. Doctor says if he don’t gain consciousness, then he might get in coma. He says he is critical after the second attack on him in the hospital. Aarav says second attack in hospital. Gagan calls Simar and informs her about Vivaan being critical in hospital. Simar drops the phone and worries for Aarav.
Precap: A guy (new entry) is shown playing drums. Yamini tells Aarav to help her by producing Simar’s album. Aarav says that he is ready to do anything for Simar’s happiness. Simar is walking on a road. She loses her balance. The guy holds her hand and saves her from falling.
