The Episode starts with the guy moving Simar’s hand from the diya, and says I will get injured before my Simar injures. She asks who told you, my name? He says I am your Aarav, your heart. He asks if you can’t see truthfulness in me. Simar says you are a liar. The guy says you used to say always that whenever you are born, you will be born with Aarav’s name written in her hands. He says you had said that your all nights and mornings are brighten up due to me. Simar asks him to leave and tells that he will get angry. He says when you get angry on me, you pull my cheeks sometimes. Simar asks how do you know about Aarav ji and me? He tells the things which Aarav and Simar only knew. She asks how do you know? He tells more about her, which surprises her. Reema calls the pathologist at home and

says he came at the right time. Chitra asks Reema who is he? Reema tells that she had fainted, and that’s why thought to get her test done. Chitra says she will also get her test done. Reema says she will take everyone’s blood. Vivaan asks what? Reema says she has taken the family package. She asks Badimaa to sit first, and says she will get juice ready for her. Aarav comes to the place, where Tara comes there and welcomes him in the human world. She calls him Naag. Aarav kisses her hand and says he is thankful to her. Tara says you have separated Aarav and Simar. Aarav says Simar doesn’t know that her Aarav ji is not Aarav, not a Naag. Tara says don’t know where Aarav’s soul is wandering, nobody will know. She laughs aloud.

Reema finds everyone’s samples collected, and asks them to go to their rooms, as she has kept their favorite juices in their rooms. Everyone gets happy and goes. Reema throws tea on the lab technician’s hand and asks him to clean his hand in the washroom. She then steals all the samples. The guy picks the empty box and leaves.

Simar tells the guy that he is not her Aarav ji. The guy says I have no explanation to say how it all happened, and tells her words. Simar gets teary eyes. He keeps her hand on his chest and makes her hear his heart beat and asks her to tell that she couldn’t hear his heart beat. He asks her to say. Simar asks how dare you to touch me? The guys come there and ask Simar if he is teasing you. They beat him. The guy asks her to identify him, and tells that he is her Aarav. He says he knows that she is mata rani’s bhakt and will identify him. He asks her to touch the mata rani locket which he gifted her, and ask. She touches mata rani locket, and asks the men to leave him. They leave him. The guy asks why did you save a stranger, as I am your Aarav and you are my Simar. He says there is no truth beyond this. Simar goes to Mata Rani’s idol, takes the trishul and aims at the guy. She asks him to stop the game. Tara says what game you have played with two lovers, and tells that their train has left. He asks how did you do this? Tara says before their souls could reach Oswal Mansion, I had reached and entered baba’s body. She says she has changed the mantras to awaken him (naag), and then when their souls came, his soul kicked Aarav’s soul out of the Oswal Mansion, and got in Aarav’s body. She says when Aarav woke up, body was of Aarav, but soul was yours. She says you pushed his soul, don’t know where is he wandering. She says you entered the mansion as Aarav, says the story started now, simar is thinking that she has won, but she will find out about her defeat soon. She says Simar will not get her Aarav back. Aarav tells Tara that she has given him good body and house. He says he could take his real avatar using Simar’s blood. He says once Reema does her work, then he can take his real avatar which he wanted to take since many years, an icchadhari naag.
