Sasural Simar Ka 2 to go off-air on April 7
The second season of Sasural Simar Ka, which features Radhika Muthukumar, Tanya Sharma, Avinash Mukherjee, and Karan Sharma in lead roles, is all set to go off-air soon. The show which was launched in April 2021 is reported to go off-air on April 7.
As per the reports, the team is shooting the climax sequence and will wrap up the shoot on April 4. For the unversed, the show was earlier slated to end in less than three months but it got extension and had a run of two years.
The makers left no stone unturned to add spice to the story by introducing twists and various elements in the story including the supernatural angle where the male lead (Avinash) turned into a naag. However, it seems like the story had run its course and it is time to bid adieu.
Earlier in an interview with BT, Avinash talked about his character in the show turning into a naag and shared, “It’s exciting and nice for both the audience and me, as the hero will turn a naag and become negative. He will do bad things to the family. I am enjoying the part, as I can do anything and improvise as a naag because there is no reference point for it. I believe that if I can’t do what is asked of me, it’s my drawback as an actor.”
