The Episode starts with Simar seeing Piyush outside the temple. She gets surprised and tries to stop Piyush. She gets down from the stairs, but falls down and gets wounded. Prem, Mata ji and others hear her noise and get up from doing havan. Piyush turns and sees Simar, but goes. Prem and others come down and sees Simar hurt and unconscious. They sprinkle water on her face. Simar gains consciousness and says Piyush, my son and asks someone to stop him. Prem says he is not here. Simar says Piyush was here, and I was running behind him and fell down. She asks someone if they saw him. They say no. Prem says if he would have been here then would have come to me. Mata ji says it might be your illusion. Simar says no and says why did he ignore me. Sanjana is about to faint. Bhairavi says you don’t
Sameer, Sanjana and Bhairavi come home. Sanjana says I will make Sameer’s breakfast. Bhairavi says I will make food and asks her to eat for two. Sanjana says if you feed me much then I will get fat. Sameer hears them and hugs Bhairavi. Bhairavi says I was yearning for your love and thanks him for giving her a chance. Sameer hugs her.
Simar tells Mata ji and Prem that he was Piyush only. Pari says you always talk about him and see him in everyone. Mata ji says Pari Bahu. Pari says I am talking for her betterment and says very soon she will have to be treated by the doctor and says this thing is not good. She says Simar sees Piyush in everyone. Prem gets a call from someone who informs that Piyush is with them. Prem tells Simar that they have to go at 4 pm. Simar gets happy. Mata ji says you was right and we were wrong. Simar thanks Mata Rani for hearing her plea and returning her son. She says we will make everything of his choice. Mata ji says I will make Makhana’s kheer. They think to call Sanjana.
Simar calls Sanjana and infoirms her. Sanjana says I will tell Sameer. She is about to slip, but Bhairavi holds her and asks her not to use heels chappal. She says you shall be careful while walking. She says I will ask my friend to bring vaishnov devi’s thread. She tells her that Piyush is found. Bhairavi gets happy. Sanjana says I will wear this sandal for now. Sanjana goes to terrace, but sameer is not there. She thinks where is he? Simar, Prem, Pari and Mata ji reach temple, but the informer don’t come there. Simar buys guava as Piyush likes it. Prem says we shall go. Simar says he will come, he has to come.
Sanjana comes to baby’s room and sees the room decorated with toys. He says he bought kids for both girl and boy. He shows her teddy and asks which is your favorite. He gets a call and goes out. Sanjana steps on toy car and falls on her baby bump. She shouts. Sameer and Bhairavi come there. Sanjana says our baby. Sameer says nothing will happen. Bhairavi says we have to take her to hospital. Sameer takes her to hospital. Prem asks Simar to understand. Simar says she has faith on Mata rani and her son will come. Prem says if he had to come then he would have come. Simar says I can wait and will not go without my son. Bhairavi calls Prem and informs him about Sanjana. Prem is shocked and says we are reaching there. Simar asks what did she say? Prem says Sanju fell down and is taken to hospital.

Simar asks Sameer how is Sanjana in the hospital. Doctor says they can save either mother or baby. Simar tells Maharani that if any wrong thing happen then she will not bend her head infront of her.
