The Episode starts with man coming to Simar and tells her that the man who had given her box is still alive. Simar asks him to take her there and thanks Mata rani. Mata ji calls Simar. She hears box asking her to open it. Mata ji says you are ruining my family, I will not open it and says I will throw you now itself. Box asks her not to do mistake and says your death moment will be shown in the box and asks her to enquire how her death will come infront of her. Mata ji says my death and recalls Simar asking her not to open the box. She says she will not open the box and will not know about her death.
Box gets opened up by itself. Mata ji sees Prem coming to her room and injecting her poison which leads to her death. She gets shocked seeing the clipping. She says what I saw Mata rani. Simar
Mata ji cries and says this can’t happen, my Prem can’t kill me. She says it is a lie. My Prem can’t do this even if world changes and blames the box for ruining her family and relations. She thinks to hide the box until Simar returns home. Simar is tied in the room. She gains consciousness and asks why did you lock me here and why you wants to kill me. The man who gave her box comes there.
Simar says you are alive and asks what do you want. Aaliya comes there and says he did what I ask him to do. She says what do you think why I was asking about the box, so that it reaches your family. She says it was my conspiracy and I made it reach your family again. She says it was all my family, and I wanted that box to ruin all your family members life. Simar asks why, what you will get by doing this.
Aaliya says when you get the answers for your questions, then you will be shocked. She says we came to ruin you and your family will be ruined soon. She says you get rotten here and your family will be ruined. Prem tells Mata ji that Simar is not picking the call. He sees her tensed and asks what happened. Mata ji gets tensed and says everything is fine. Prem asks what happened. He asks if everything is alright.
Mata ji says I opened the box and saw you killing me. Prem asks what you are saying and says Simar was right. He takes the box and opens it. He sees Roshni killing him by suffocating him to death. Prem tells Mata ji that he saw Roshni killing him. Mata ji says this box is playing game with us and is a box to ruin us. She takes the box and says until Simar returns, she will keep the box. Prem is in his room when a woman wearing hospital dress comes and tries to kill him. He overpowers her and pushes her. The woman runs away. Prem tells everyone that Roshni came and tried to kill him. They see the CCTV footage and see Roshni. They get shocked.

Simar frees her hands and manages to escape. Piyush and Sanjana open the box together and see Simar killing them. Piyush says Simar can’t do this with us. Sanjana sees Simar standing infront of them holding axe and is shocked.
