She asks Savitri to give the symbols of her marital life to learn the way of crossing the river.
After Savitri gives the symbols, Yakshini deceives her.
Savitri hurts herself and applies blood on her forehead, in place of vermillion.
Yakshini becomes compassionate towards Savitri and makes a bridge for her to cross the river.
