The Episode starts with Isha asking Pragya to leave anger and have food. Peon comes and gives parcel for Pragya. Pragya checks it and says it is sent by Satish. Isha says how romantic, he is far away and sent lehenga for you to cheer your mood. Pragya says lets go to hostel room and try. Dr. Kabir checks the patient’s xray and says we have to see where is the fracture. Sanchi is lost in Pragya’s thoughts and tells Dr. Kabir that her concentration is someone else. Dr. Kabir says I will tell you joke. Sanchi says do you know joke. Dr. Kabir says yes and says you people have made me khadoos and says he is jovial. He says he will make her laugh with his joke. He tells the joke. Sanchi laughs. Veer sees her laughing. She gets Isha’s message and leaves. Isha helps Pragya get ready in lehenga. Isha
Pragya gets happy and sees Satish standing down. Satish gives her red balloon. Pragya hugs her. She thanks him and asks how did you come here? Satish says surprise and asks her to come home for the remaining surprise. He takes her. Veer sees them leaving and says now see what will happen.
Satish takes her to her house. She sees the decoration. Satish says this is our surprise engagement and proposes her for marriage. She asks how did this happen suddenly. He says you wanted this. Pragya says when did I say? Her father takes her to side and asks how you are behaving with them. Pragya says I don’t want to get engaged. Her father tells that Satish is asking for engagement and says Satish will not marry you now. Pragya says ok. Mr. Yadav asks Satish to get ready. Pragya calls Isha and asks her to come for engagement and call Sanchi also. Isha asks Pragya to call Sanchi. Pragya says no. Veer thinks everything is happening with plan, now we have to stop Sanchi from going there. Veer comes to the patient and cuts his finger intentionally, while trying to cut the patient’s bandage. Sanchi comes there and gets concerned for him. She sucks his finger and bandages it.
Veer takes her phone. He tells her that he has a surgery to do in 15 mins and asks now what will happen. Sanchi says I know his condition and will do the surgery. Pragya thinks to message her. Veer sends her message from Sanchi’s phone saying she is busy and asks her not to call her again and again. Pragya cries thinking what happened to their friendship. Veer says sorry Pragya, but I want Sanchi to be alone. He says he will break all relations. Isha takes and snatches his phone. She then says I am calling you. Veer takes the phone and thinks to keep her phone in locker. Isha gets Pragya’s call and tells her that she is coming. Isha writes a note and gives to Dr. Kabir and asks him to give to Sanchi. Isha comes there and tells Pragya that Sanchi is busy in surgery. Pragya says she don’t want to talk about her. Pragya and Satish get engaged.
Later Pragya asks Satish why did he hurry up? She says she couldn’t inform her friends. Satish says you wanted this engagement. Pragya asks when did I say and says if you tries to surprise to me then I will not talk to you or marry you. She says she can’t leave her friend Sanchi now. She takes taxi and goes. Satish thinks if someone does prank with her. Veer comes and congratulates Satish. He accepts that he sent her those messages.

Veer takes Satish’s help. Satish gets admitted in the hospital and says you are everything to Sanchi and I can’t live without her. Sanchi thinks she can’t come inbetween them. Veer gets happy. Pragya comes there to see Satish.
