The Episode starts with Veer telling his colleague that he will talk to Sanchi, everything has to be done on right time. He goes to Sanchi. She says we won’t have a personal talk during duty hours, stop it, else I have to take strict action. He says we have half an hour, its lunch time, we can have lunch together. He takes her to canteen. He asks her the matter, why is she so stressed, what’s the new rules and why. She sees Dr. Kabir staring. She says lunch break is not for me, I have much work, I have ordered salad. She goes. Veer worries.

Sanchi goes to Dr. Kabir. He asks her to come for lunch. Anita tells the nurse that she can’t make a call because of new rules. Nurse takes her phone and goes to make a call. Nurse says my leave got cancelled, I can’t come. She turns and sees Sanchi.

Sanchi gives her a red card. She asks her to take the red card and attend her sister’s marriage. Nurse says I was just informing at home as you cancelled my leave. Sanchi asks her to leave. Jaya says enough, if the nurse spoke to her family, what’s the big deal. Sanchi says rules are same for everyone, nurse has stolen the phone to make a call, I can’t ignore this.

Jaya says I don’t know why you are doing this, but its wrong, you have fired 30 employees till now, if you do the same, there won’t be anyone left in this hospital, respect the seniors. Sanchi says I m doing this by following your teachings. Gayatri tries some necklaces. Riya complains about Sanchi. Gayatri asks Savitri to see what Sanchi has done, she gave a yellow card to my daughter. Savitri says don’t reach much, Sanchi is dean, she has big responsibility, better explain your daughter to do her work well. She goes. Riya says wow, she also scolded me, this is not okay, you have to help me. Gayatri says everything will get fine, I will answer everyone. Sanchi prays that everything gets fine. Sunny is rushed to the ward. He says I didn’t do anything. Sanchi treats him. Jaya asks will Sunny get fine.

Sanchi says nothing will happen to him. A guy twists Sanchi’s hand and scolds her. Dr. Kabir sees this and beats up the guy. Sanchi and Veer stop Dr. Kabir. Dr. Kabir refuses to tell the matter. The guy runs away. Sanchi cries and goes after Dr. Kabir. Sanchi asks him did he go mad. He says none can harm you, if anyone dares, I will kill him. She gets scared. Dr. Kabir says you are just mine, I love you very much. She leaves. Veer sees her and asks the matter. He pacifies her. She recalls Dr. Kabir’s words. At home, Veer lights the perfumed candles to relax Sanchi’s mind. He says don’t worry, I won’t ask anything, the way Dr. Kabir was beating the sweeper, I didn’t see him like that before. Sanchi worries. He says I m seeing since much time, you are worried for something, please tell me what is it, maybe I can help you.

Dr. Kabir says after the merger, our hospital’s name should change, it should be after the person who laid its foundation, Sudhir Mishra. Jaya thanks him. Sanchi refuses to change the hospital’s name.
