The episode starts with Vikas coming to Dev’s house to sign loan agreement papers and hand him over loan amount. He asks where is Payal and goes out saying he has to talking to someone something important. Dev thinks Payal will be very happy if she will know about this. Payal on the way from office in her car thinks Vikas his vested interests in this deal and how she can inform Dev about this. Vikas calls her and asks howis she. Payal is suprised. He says she was not available on office number, so he called her on her mobile. He continues that he is in her house with her husband and family and is lending money to her husband without any guarantee to fulfill his dreams of opening coaching center. Once Dev signs agreement papers, their deal will be finalized. It is her duty now to clear

his file. He says he knows she will not break her rules, but she has to think about her husband’s dreams. He is going to sign papers, so he though of congratulating her before. Vikas’s secretary asks Dev to sign papers. Dev starts reading. Vikas asks if he does not believe him. Dev says believes him and is about to sign when Ayodhya stops him. Vikas asks if he does not believe him. Ayodhya says he wants Dev to read each clause and then sign. Dev says he believes Vikas and tries to sign, but pen does not work. Secretary gives him pen and tries to sign again. Payal comes on time and stops him.

Payal tells Dev he does not know what is written on these papers. Vikas says he wrote what he spoke. Payal says Dev he does not know what Vikas is up to. Vikas says he wants Dev to fulfill his dreams. Dev asks Payal to tell what is happening. Payal says Vikas wants PWD to pass his illegal contract. She says he called just sometime ago and tried to blackmail. Dev tears papers and says this contract will not happen now. He tears papers and throws on Vikas. He says he will fulfill his dreams but not risking Payal’s name and position. He will not tolerate anyone misusing Payal’s name. Vikas says he is not doing good. Dev says he is doing right.

Ayodhya drags Vikas and secretary and throws them out. He asks how dare he is to try to harm his family and beats till Vikas and his secretary bleed. He asks Jugnu to lock the door and continues hitting them. Vikas pleads Natru to save them. Natru stops Ayodhya and allows Vikas and secretary to run from there.

Dev in his room angrily reminisces Vikas’s fraud and Payal’s words. Payal comes and asks him not to lose his cool, anybody can make mistake and even he did. He says he is sad that he believed Vikas and says even he is angry on her that she did not inform him before, else this would not have happened. He says he can understand she did not inform thinking he would feel sad, but she has to understand that he is dreaming for them both and he will not tolerate anyone misusing her position. His dream will not shatter with all this, though some hurdles may come, he will achieve his goal at any cost and open his coaching center on the basis of his talent. He requests her not to hide anything.

Jugnu informs Basanti that Ayodhya beat Vikas severely. Payal comes to kitchen and asks Basanti to ask natru and santoshi what they would have, till then she will prepare food for children. Basanti says everyone is tensed seeing Ayodhya’s anger and his hand injury, so she will not go.

Precap: Gulkan asks Payal why did not her parents give her gift. Payal gives her sari and says even she is like a daughter to her parents. Gulkan burns sari.
