The Episode stats with Pishachini asking Nikki to behead herself else she will cut her head. Nikki says I am your big devotee and will behead myself, but first hear me. Pishachini says like tree can’t pluck its own fruit, even you can’t behead yourself. She tries to behead Nikki. Nikki says she has come to do Shaitani Rasmein for Malik and his Nazriya chudail Nethra. Pishachini asks Lothar to hear what she said, and says there is a shaitan outside my cave. She attacks Nikki. Nikki says I am saying truth, I have come to do Malik’s rasam here. Pishachini says she will not get fooled by her and says she has everyone’s skull here. Nikki sees a skull falling on her and catches it. Pishachini takes it and says it is her favorite. Nikki thinks if this is the one. Pishachini tells Nikki that she
Vikram apologizes to Malik and asks him to leave them. Malik says never, and says your ancestors were faithful to me, worked for me and even licked my feet, but you are not loyal and I can’t trust you. He says Nethra will keep eye on you, and will be my eyes. Vikram says we will obey her. Malik says if you think about betraying me, then kill yourself with the swords hanging in your Palace. Vikram says the blood which is in our eyes. Malik says it will be there until your leader and my favorite Nikki complete the shaitani rasam. He asks them to leave and says he hates their presence there. Nethra says I will drop you both. Sumitra fears that something wrong has happened with Vikram and Bhavani. Nethra brings them tied and pushes them on the floor. Vikram tells Sumitra that Malik is alive and declared his decision. He says either Nikki will complete the rasam and come, or else we will die. Sumitra gets shocked.
Pishachini talks to the skull and calls them by their names. She tells every skull has the story behind them. She asks the skulls to look at her, and talk to her, as she will be with you all soon. The skulls are about to attack Nikki. The skull bite Nikki and drinks her blood. Pishachini tells that after taking Nikki’s skull, she will go to Bhurangarh, as she had said that Shaitan is there. Nikki is about to hit the skull with the stone, but Pishachini warns her.
Malik/Piyush thinks that Nethra was right, if Nikki fails to do the Narmuda pishachini’s rasam, then she will die, and my dream to get the new body will fail. Sumitra and Rachna come there. Sumitra says Malik….Malik/Piyush calls her Maa. Rachna says your eyes. Piyush asks what? Sumitra tells that Malik is alive, and has kept the condition that if Nikki fails to bring the skull then we all will die. Nethra smiles standing outside. Piyush/Malik tells that he is sure that Nikki will bring kapaal for him. Rachna gets doubtful on Piyush, and thinks he never let Nikki go alone, and today when she went for the dangerous rasam, he left her alone, why?
Pishachini tells Nikki that very soon she will die and then she will go to Bhurangarh with her skull. Lothar says when you go there, you will get more skulls and you will become Maharani of the kapaals. He asks if I will get mukti/freedom from you, as you will be going. She asks him not to wait for her to go, and says you can go now itself. He is about to run, but she hurts him and says you can’t go leaving this cave, you have to guard the kapaals here. She asks the skulls to move forward. The skulls are about to attack Nikki, but Nikki sees the chain tied to the bull and starts running. Pishachini says she has found a way to life, and she has mind, and I will take this intelligent skull.
