The Episode starts with Virat and Heer getting injured while the latter tries to save them from the speedy truck. Heer sees injury on his head and wakes up Virat. Virat takes the hockey stick and gets down the car. He asks who is here, come out. The kinnars come there making the sound and blows chilli powder in their eyes. Virat shouts Heer. Everyone is in the hospital. Parmeet worries for them. Dr. Akshay says they are on the way, they have gone to temple. Parmeet tells that she wants to talk to him and tells that he is educated and knows the family prestige. She says our relatives didn’t know that she is a kinnar and tells that if the operation don’t go well then we can’t accept her. She asks him if the operation will be success. Dr. Akshay assures that operation will be successful and tells that
Virat asks Heer not to let anyone hold her hand. He asks her to hold his hand. Heer manages to hold his hand, but kinnars separate them. He says if anything happens to Heer then I will not leave anyone. Kinnar pushes Virat and makes him fall down. Virat shouts Heer. The mauli comes out of Heer’s hand as they take her away. Preeto says we are not getting this operation for your fake prestige and tells that they will not be affected anyhow. Parmeet asks did you accept your kinnar bahu at first. She tells that this operation needs to be successful for her. Akshay says everything will be fine, don’t worry.
He comes to the balcony and sees Angel along with other kinnars standing outside the hospital. Virat takes the water from the car and washes his face. He shouts Heer and gets call from Akshay. Akshay says all the preparation is done. Virat tells that Angel has kidnapped Heer. Akshay says she is here and I thought she will do the drama. Isha comes to Angel. Angel says kinnars are waiting for her instructions. Isha asks her to call them and asks to finish her off. She says I will handle Virat. Angel calls kinnar and says kill Heer. Kinnar refuses. Angel threatens her and says I will become an example in kinnar community, if you don’t kill her then I will kill you. Isha smirks. Heer hears and shouts Virat. Kinnar throws water on Heer’s face. Heer opens her eyes. The kinnar takes out the knife to kill her. Heer is shocked. She asks them to listen and says example will be set for the kinnar community, if I get the operation done and you all will get the hope. The kinnar says we don’t want to kill you, but we can’t refuse Angel’s orders. Heer bites kinnar and runs.
Angel tells Isha that Virat will come running to her on his feet. Virat reaches the hospital and runs inside. Angel says Virat will tell everyone and now Harak Singh’s money will be saved. She asks what is the cost to become the woman? Isha says you talk much. Akshay signs Virat at Angel. Angel and Isha see them coming to them. Angel asks Isha to run from there and says she will handle. Isha says I will be exposed if they see me. Angel asks her to run and asks kinnars to hold them. Akshay pushes the kinnars. Virat says I will handle them and threatens to kill them. Heer is running to save her life. Isha runs. Akshay runs behind her. Angel asks if you will rule on us being DSP’s son. Virat says I know that you have done this. Angel says my hands and legs are infront of you, but I kidnapped her, as my approach is big than your father. She says you will get Heer’s death news in 5 mins. Virat holds her neck. Akshay runs behind Isha. Akshay thinks this was some woman and not a kinnar. He goes from there. Isha comes out of the basket. Heer falls down. The kinnars come there. Heer asks them to think again. The kinnar stabs Heer.

Virat comes to meet Heer and hugs her. Heer undergoes an operation. He gets angry on the kinner and warns her not to come between Heer and him.
