The Episode starts with everyone fighting with the kinnars who had attacked them. Heer shouts Virat. Virat fights with the kinnars. Others too fight with them. Police reaches there and tries to stop the fight. Virat pulls the kinnar’s wig and finds out that they are not kinnars, but Angel’s goons. Heer goes to Angel and slaps her. She says you have called goons as kinnars, and asks if she don’t feel ashamed to slap the kinnar community. She tells the kinnars that Angel is doing this as she is greedy about money, about it, nobody knows. Angel asks her to stop. Heer asks why shall I stay quiet? Angel stabs Heer, but Saya comes infront of Heer and takes the knife on her stomach. Preeto shouts Mallika. Heer says Mallika aunty, I will not let anything happen to you. Heer cries and asks Saya not to close

her eyes. Preeto, Virat and Heer recalls their moments with Saya. Heer says you are my Nani, don’t let me alone, be with me as my Shakti always. She asks someone called the doctor. Akshay asks Virat to ask someone to bring the stretcher. Angel brushes off her hand and runs away. Akshay is about to run behind, but Isha signs a kinnar to make him fall. Heer shouts asking to call the Doctor. Akshay comes back to Saya. Police runs behind Angel. Everyone rushes Saya to the OT. Akshay asks everyone to stand out. Preeto asks Akshay to save her, and says she has many favors on me. Heer asks him to save her. Akshay says I will fully try and goes inside the OT to operate. Isha pulls Angel to the pillar and hide her from Police. She asks why did you stab Saya? Angel says I didn’t know that Saya will come there and take the knife in her stomach. Isha says if you get trapped then I will get trapped. Angel says I became criminal due to you. Isha asks her to sit in the car and says driver will take you somewhere. Angel says ok. She sits in Isha’s car and the driver takes her from there.

Preeto prays to Mata Rani for Saya and cries. Heer and Raavi also pray. Virat finds Isha coming from outside and asks what happened, you are coming from outside. Isha says I was very scared, so was asking Police if Angel is caught or not. Sant Baksh says she will not be saved. Isha says how did Angel know that you will go from that way. Virat says Akshay and I have seen her, but she had escaped. Heer says someone wants to stop my operation along with Angel. Virat asks who will be effected with your new identity. Dr. Akshay operates on Saya and gives her injection, seeing her pulse dropping. He comes out of OT and tells that Mallika ji is out of danger and is stable now. Everyone takes a sigh of relief. He says she will be fine soon, as her major organ is not damaged. Heer and Preeto thank Mata Rani.

Dr. Abhishek comes there and tells Dr. Akshay that the surgeon postponed Heer’s surgery and that’s why she has to wait for 4 days more for surgery. Harak Singh says there is holi after 4 days and says how can operation happen on that day. Heer says ok, we will celebrate holi in night and operation in daytime. Sant baksh says Heer and Virat shall stay in their house, as they have security. Harak Singh and Preeto agree with him. Isha thinks she has 4 days to stop this operation.

Angel is in Isha’s house. She asks driver to give her phone. Driver refuses to give phone. Angel asks if you are not scared with me. Just then Isha calls driver and he gives call to Angel. Isha tells her that she is with Heer, and tells that the latter’s operation is postponed and it will happen after 4 days. She says we have still 4 days. Angel says she can kill her 4 times, says she became like a don and all the Police is after her. Isha tells that her men is keeping eye on her, so that she don’t go out. She asks her not to do any foolishness. Heer knocks on the door. Isha turns and looks at her. Heer asks why are you worried? Isha says a call came from clinic about a patient. Heer calls her for dinner. Isha asks her to postpone the surgery for few more days, until Angel is caught. Heer looks at her and says how can you be brain doctor when your heart is so weak. Isha says she is worried for Virat, family and you. Heer comes downstairs with Isha. Sant Baksh asks Police officer to catch Angel at the earliest. Virat asks Heer to sit and have food. Heer says she needs to go home and will stay there tonight. Virat says ok, I will come with you. Heer says nothing will happen, she will go alone. Sant Baksh says I brought you both here, for your safety, and says if she wants to go then he will send a constable with her. Heer says ok Papa ji. Isha thinks this is the good chance to kill her. Heer looks on.
