The Episode starts with Sanchi enquiring with the receptionist about Soumya and thinks why didn’t she give her details. She thinks how to contact Harman now. Soumya thinks about Harman buying her for 20 Lakhs. Nurse comes to her and says your all reports are normal and asks her to come. Harman drives car and reaches hospital. Soumya lie down on the hospital bed for the operation. She asks Doctor when she can go home. Doctor says after 3 days. Harman comes inside and asks Receptionist about Soumya. Receptionist says there is no kidney donor with this name. Harman thinks where did she go then. Sanchi comes and he collides with him. She identifies him as Soumya’s husband. Harman says you might be Sanchi ji. Sanchi tells him that Soumya is here with the name Tarana and came to donate kidney. Harman says

he came to stop her. Sanchi says this means she came without your consent and asks him to come to OT. Doctor is about to give her injection, Harman runs inside the OT. Soumya is shocked. Nurse asks who are you and why you came here. Sanchi says she brought him here. Doctor asks who is he? Harman says I am her husband and she came here to sell kidney without my knowledge. Soumya says I am not his wife. Harman shows their marriage pic. Sanchi says I know them doctor, they are husband and wife.

Doctor says when your husband is not giving consent, we can’t operate on you. Harman asks her to change her clothes. Patient’s mother asks Harman to save her son and cries. Soumya says he will not do anything. Harman thinks to donate his kidney, but then thinks Soumya will not let him donate his kidney. He thinks God please do something. Just then receptionist gets a call and the donor asks for 25 lakhs rs. Woman says from where I will get another 5 lakhs. Harman promises to bring 5 lakhs and asks receptionist to call the donor to hospital and asks Doctor to make arrangements for transplant. Soumya is surprised. Sanchi tells Soumya that her decision to donate kidney was wrong as it would have affected her love ones, and tells about Harman’s love. Soumya says she can’t stay with Harman. Harman thanks God and asks him to save kidney patient. He turns and sees Soumya gone. He gets worried.

At home, Shanno, Preeto and Raavi wait for the news to come. Raavi says Chintu saw me holding the newspaper. Veeran tells that he loves Harman too and pretends to be worried. Harman comes in his car and asks Soumya to sit. Soumya is upset with him still.

Surbhi, Saya and Varun come to hospital and enquire about Harman and Soumya. Receptionist says they were here, but left. Varun and others go out. Harman asks Soumya to come home. Soumya says she don’t want to go to his house and calls him coward to accept the truth that his wife is a kinnar. Harman says I love you and we are married, why we shall tell them about your identity. Soumya says without identity there is no existence of love. Surbhi asks Varun to let Harman clear the misunderstanding. Harman tells Soumya that on the day of Surbhi and Varun’s marriage, he went to market and tells about kinnar’s murder. He says I got scared thinking about you, and that’s why did that. Soumya gets emotional and happy.

Soumya realizes her love for Harman and is about to run to him. Preeto comes to her and threatens to kill Nani and Surbhi. Soumya is shocked.
