The Episode starts with Harak Singh asking Parmeet if they heard what Heer said, that she don’t want to return in Virat’s life. He says if you both try to bring hurdle in her way then I have to find another way. Parmeet and Sant Baksh think of Virat’s state. Parmeet says do you know about Virat? Heer says yes, I know everything about him and that’s why don’t want to go in his life again. She asks them to understand that she has left from his life with much difficulty and asks them to understand. Parmeet says you love him. Heer says yes, I love him and that’s why don’t want to return in his life. She asks why they want her to return in his life, when they themselves don’t want her to enter his life again. She asks if you don’t want your son’s happiness and asks them to let him be happy.
Dr. Akshay asks Archana and Jaggi, where is Heer? Jaggi says don’t know. Dr. Akshay says it is time to feed milk to Kuhu, but Heer is not here. Jaggi says don’t know and asks Archana to feed her milk and also change her diaper. Archana takes Kuhu in her lap and goes. Dr. Akshay says don’t know where did Heer go? Jaggi says she must be busy in some work, as Beeji gave her much work. Parmeet tells Heer that whatever she saw is not right and tells that he is not fine, and Isha acts to be his wife for his treatment. Heer recalls seeing him with Isha. Parmeet asks Heer not to come in their talks and says you knows well, how you came out from there. Harak Singh says we are feeling bad for Virat, and will do everything for him, but not by sacrificing you. Sant Baksh says Heer…you said that you loves Virat and asks how can you leave Virat in such a state. Heer recalls Virat protecting her always, his fight for his love, recalls how she fell down from the bridge. Parmeet asks Heer to come with her and starts walking with her. Parmeet tells Heer that Virat got beaten by his family and bear stones from the people. He has become rebellious and mad in your love and now suffering alone. She asks if she will not do her duty to treat him, being his wife. Heer leaves Preeto’s hand and runs away from there. Preeto is left shocked. Parmeet smiles and then smirks, wipes her tears. They go behind Heer.
Heer walks on the road…tera ishq hai meri ibadat plays….Heer asks auto to stop, but the driver don’t stop. Heer says I am coming Virat. Parmeet and Sant Baksh come there in van and asks her to sit. Preeto asks Heer not to go with them and asks her to come with them. Heer sits in the van and goes. Harak Singh says what did you do Heer? Preeto says she had loved and everyone pays the price for loving someone. She says Harman-Soumya had also paid the price of loving each other. She says how her life will change from here, I am shocked.
Sant Baksh and Parmeet bring Heer home. Heer gets down and runs to go inside. She falls down and gets up. She steps on the broken pot pieces and injures her feet. She steps inside the house and calls Virat…Isha looks at her. Virat also hears her and says Heer…Isha goes down to see her.
Heer steps inside with her injured feet and her foot impressions are left on the floor with her blood. Gurwinder and Daljeet come there. Heer shouts and asks where is Virat. Isha signs at the room. Heer runs to the room. Parmeet and Sant Baksh come inside. Isha recalls Parmeet telling that Heer can’t return in Virat’s life until she is alive. Parmeet asks her not to worry and says Heer will be here, until my son gets fine. Heer goes to Virat’s room and sees him tied to the bed. Tera Ishq Hai….plays…..He recalls Virat calling her angel of his life for changing his life. She cries seeing his state. Tu hi mera khuda plays…..
She opens the rope and frees his hands. She keeps her hand on his forehead and kiss him. Her tears fall on his face and he opens his eyes. He says you are here. Heer smiles. Virat sits. Tera Ishq Hai plays…..He looks at her…Their marriage and their moments are shown. He asks her if she will leave him again. Heer says I will never leave you and hugs him. Tu hi mera khuda plays……Parmeet and Sant Baksh come there and see them hugging. Isha, Gurwinder and Daljeet also come there. They all smile thinking Virat is fine. Isha gets upset. Heer says sorry Virat, I am responsible for your condition, I thought that I will give you happiness if I go away from you, but I gave you sorrows. She apologizes to him and says sorry.
Dr. Akshay comes to the factory and asks about Munna? Munna sees him. Akshay asks if Heer came here? Munna says no. Akshay says then where did she go? Munna says if the goons kidnap her. He tells that she goons were searching her and says if they kidnapped her. Jaggi hears them. Dr. Akshay gets tensed. Virat imagines Heer asking him to save her and tells that he has to go and save his Heer. Parmeet says Heer is with you, look at her. Virat imagines Heer and says I have to save my Heer, she is drowning. Heer is shocked. Virat looks at the window. He sees Heer crying..Heer tells that she had drowned infront of him, but was alive. She says everyone wanted us to separate and that’s why she left. Virat pushes her and says my Heer is there. He shouts Heer. Heer asks him to look at her. Virat pushes her and says my Heer is dying. Heer is shocked.
