Sharad Malhotra Opens Up About his new project ‘Pravaah-The Flow’

Sharad Malhotra, renowned for his roles in “Banoo Main Teri Dulhann,” “Maharana Pratap,” “Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki,” “Naagin 5,” “Honey Trap Squad,” and “Thanks Mom,” has taken on a new challenge with the short film “Pravaah-The Flow.” Directed, written, and produced by Simmer Bhatia, the film’s unique concept and scenic shooting locations were irresistible to the actor.

“The fact that I’m a true blue Profile and would also get to work on such a heartwarming story somewhere up north in the mountains was what prompted me to take up Pravaah,” Sharad explains.

Discussing his character, he adds, “I am a self-proclaimed globetrotter and wanderer who loves to explore new places, meet new people, gather new experiences, and pursue the unknown, just like my character Shivoham. The moment I heard the script, I immediately resonated with this character.”

Sharad also expressed his passion for travel. “Traveling is essential for me as it pushes me out of my comfort zone and inspires me to see, taste, and try new things. It has significantly enhanced my personal growth and taught me the meaning of gratitude in the most beautiful and appropriate way possible.”

Reflecting on his collaboration with Simmer Bhatia, Sharad shared, “Working with Simmer was an incredible experience. Fortunately, we have worked together in the past, so it was easy and effortless for both of us. It was a sheer delight to collaborate with someone flexible, intelligent, and passionate about her craft.”
