Sony TV’s newly launched show ‘Appnapan: Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan’ has managed to strike a chord with the audience. The show is based on the dilemma and complexities of the relationship of an estranged couple – Pallavi and Nikhil who are also single parents.
Actress Rajshree Thakur is seen essaying the female lead Pallavi, while Cezanne Khan is essaying the role of male lead Nikhil Jaising. While Pallavi is a loving mother who is deeply invested in the life of her children, Cezanne is completely the opposite of what Pallavi is.
Now, according to the latest reports a new actress has joined cast of the show. According to the sources, actress Shikha Singh has joined the cast of the show as Pallavi’s sister in the show. Shikha will essay a negative role in the show.
Shikha was recently seen in a cameo role in Naagin 6 wherein she essayed the role of a cop. The actress was on a break after quitting Zee TV’s popular show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ as she delivered a baby girl. Now that the baby has grown up, Shikha is back to business.
