The Super Dancer judge has invested Rs 2.25 cr in the company and has also agreed to be the brand ambassador of the product to hike up their sales. The D2C company was started by Bhuman Dani, Monish Debnath, and Soumalya Biswas.
After appearing in Shark Tank India 2, the company got a boost in the market which led them to sell their products internationally to United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Mauritius, and Nepal.
Shilpa also shared a post on her Instagram and wrote “We’re a family of food lovers and are always looking for opportunities in the better-for-you indulgent food space. I tried the WickedGud Spaghetti and was impressed by the taste & health benefits. Grown-ups liking it is one thing but when my kids lapped it up, I was sold on the idea. This inspired me to not only endorse the brand but also invest in it. I am excited to support @wickedgud in their mission to ‘unjunk’ India, one kitchen at a time.”
