The episode starts with Shiv asking Uma Nandan to ask as many questions as he wants to, he will get all the answer. Uma Nandan touches his feet and says a son should never question his father but should seek his blessings instead. Shiv reveals the reason behind replacing Uma Nandan’s head that his earlier head was arrogant and a father’s duty is to not only give his son good teachings but also to behead his wrong thinking. He continues to describes why he fixed elephant head.
Shiv describes that an elephant head is vast with a huge knowledge, it has small eyes and small mouth which speaks only sensibly, etc. He then makes Uma Nandan as a guardian of Gan and names him Ganesha. Uma Nandan likes his name. Parvati repeatedly calls him Ganesh happily.
Kartikeya criticises that Shiv will never hug his son. Shiv hugs Ganesh. Ganesh continues to express his love and respect towards his father.
