The episode starts with Bhagirath taking Ganga to ocean. He tells her that she got out of Brahmadev’s kamandal and from Shiv’s hair and dropped her on a place called Gomukh. He describes 5 places where Ganga will emerge and then immerse herself into ocean. Ganga wishes happy maha Shivratri to Shiv and Parvati and immerses herself into ocean.

Shukracharya tells Shumbh that the situation is grim, Ganga freed souls of 7000 princes’ by carrying their ashes away.
Shumbh says they can kill 7000 people and turn them into ashes. Shukracharya and Diti says they need to pray Shiv today as it’s shivratri and will discuss their plan later. Nishumbh speaks ill about Shiv and says Diti being an asur mother shouldn’t pray Shiv. Diti slaps him and warns him to dare not question her devotion, Shiv is the only god who favors asurs and warn him not to mess up with Shiv. She warns him to get out of her sight.

Kartikeya followed by Nandi, Gan, gods, humans, whole universe performs Shiv and Parvati’s aarti and shivling abhishek and chant Har Har Mahadev. Nishumbh heavily intoxicated stops Diti and Shukracharya’s pooja. Diti asks if he didn’t go yet. Nishumbh says he will go if she answers where her husband it. Diti stand silent. He laughs saying her husband stays with her sautan Aditi. Narayan praises Shiv’s nature and greatness. Once everyone walk away, Kartikeya tries to leave. Shiv and Parvati ask him to come and sit with them as they are incomplete without him. Kartikeya sits between them. They pamper him.

Precap: Diti takes an oath to make Shiv’s family incomple and seeks Shanidev’s help. Shiv warns her not to destroy the world for her selfishness.
