The episode starts with Shiv appearing in front of Kartikeya hearing his prayers. Kartikeya feels immensely happy seeing Mahadev. He bows in front of Mahadev and says he is praying him since he started speaking and was waiting for him since years. He excitedly tells Kritikas that Mahadev is standing in front of him today. He tells Mahadev that his mothers taught him to chant mantras from his mothers. He further says that he is doing his shivling’s parikrama since his childhood, can he perform his partikrama now. Shiv permits him. He performs Shiv’s parikrama chanting Om Namah Shivay.
Shiv says he is immensely happy with Kartikeya’s devotion and asks him to ask whatever he wants to. Kartikeya says he is very happy praying Shiv and just wants to know who his father is. Shiv asks if it’s necessary to know his father’s name when everything is going well and he has a love of 13 mothers. Kartikeya says a son’s identity is with his father, be it a human or god or some other creature. Shiv says his identity his with his mothers, Kritikas gave him good knowledge; both parents are important for a child, but a mother is a child’s first teacher and teaches everything she knows to her child and hence a child should be known by his mother’s name.
Kartikeya says even then he wants to know his father’s name and Mahadev promised him to fulfill his promise. Shiv tries his best to avoid the question. Kartikeya says it’s okay if Mahadev doesn’t want to reveal his father’s name, but he won’t be able to live in peace and won’t be able to pray Mahadev with a calm mind. He says Shiv is a father of the universe, isn’t it his duty to answer a small kid.
Precap: Kartikeya asks Shiv to tell who his father is, he will capture him with his arrows and drag him in front of Shiv. Shiv says he is his father and asks him to tie him with arrows now.
